My first conversation with Bettina was about a year before we closed on our home. As a first time home buyer, I initially reached out to her for advice on the best way to prepare to purchase a home. She gave me several helpful tips that led to us easily qualifying for our home purchase. We had a unique situation where we wanted to purchase a home needing renovations and Bettina recommended a 203k loan, which can be a little complicated. She assisted us every step of the way and took the time to explain everything, while also communicating with the various parties involved to keep the purchase process moving. She continues to be helpful, even after closing, when things come up with our lender. She is honest and straightforward while also reassuring in those times you just want the process to be over! I highly recommend her and feel confident in coming back to her for our future mortgage needs.
