The staff and management are warm and friendly. One time I forgot my in-store discount. I came in the following day and they graciously honored my discount, saving me money. J.Crew Factory has tremendously improved its selection of merchandise. I have been buying clothing this summer as well as this fall. I am pleased with everything I bought. Awesome sales!

Me and my mother went to this store and we are both people of color and we were treated very differently from the other people that were at the store she was giving us judge mental looks like if we didn’t belong in the store. She then later completely changed her attitude when she realized how much money we were going to spend. I usually love this store but the costumer service was terrible.
