I was today looking for purse . Finally I got couples of them I went to pay they and a huge line I asked the lady in the perfume station to give a favor to pay there she refused to help me just ignored me . So sad .

The quality, price and especially clearance is all justifiable. I don't feel scammed or tricked for anything I've ever purchased. It does seem to be a small issue to receive assistance sometimes

I hope corporate reads these, Connie up in the JCPenney’s Photo studio Citrus Park might just be the best thing since sliced bread! She made our photo experience one to remember and we will never forget! Providing quality images and better yet an amazing person we could have never had this much fun and excitement with out her! I am a proud member of JCPenney photography and will be coming back again just because of this outstanding person! Some get her a raise!
