Called and their new counter people claimed they had the part requested. Put on will call and drove out there only to find it was not on site. They could get it in 2 days. The place used to be acceptable due to limited inventory. Now it is absolutely terrible. 2nd time in a week this happened at this site.

They will not test capacitors for you. They have the equipment and know how....they just don't provide that service like other parts suppliers do.
