Super smooth experience purchasing new everyday shoes here at Journeys in International Plaza. Uven was so helpful and very attentive during my visit. He also was patience with me & got all the sneakers I wanted in a timely manner. I’d recommend shopping here - overall a pleasant experience!

I came to shop for shoes and no one ask me for help they were rude because I ask for reward program and the white girlfriend with blonde was giving me attitude and the white guy with red sweater and earrings was rude also doesn’t check the shoes before handing me the box

No customer service from the employees part. No greeting, no welcome, nor did anyone ask if my daughter and I needed any assistance. I wanted to purchase a pair of birkenstocks but I decided if I was being treated as if I was not even there then journeys does not deserve to get my hard earned money.

I went in to purchase a couple of things. I gave them a $50 bill to go towards my purchase. The lady said that she had to call “high up” to see if she could take it because management doesn’t “like the way they look”. After calling, she told me the $50 bill was too old to be accepted? It was from 1996. One of the dumbest things I have ever heard.

My husband and I came in and everything we touched they walked behind us and was fixing it repositioning it. Very annoyed every time we looked at something they were walking up asking if we wanted help. Felt bombarded & harassed always felt watched as if we were going to steal. Store made us very uncomfortable . I walked in with a unlimited black card in my wallet after this experience I left purchasing nothing due to the uncomfortability I experienced

Love Journeys shoe stores, but this one was small and didn’t have the selection that we’re used to shopping. We went online and ordered shoes instead.
