Gabe was extremely welcoming and helpful with sizing and finding styles, or offering to order the size and color if they did not have it in stock. I am thrilled with my first pair of Doc Martens! Thank you Gabe for the advice on how to care for them and properly break them in.

I was in the market for UGG boots. I purchased the floor model as it was my size and the only one that they had in stock. I was about to walk out of the store, while wearing them, when I noticed the color of the boots did not match ! Totally 2 different Grey shades . The store associate said that the air caused the one boot to change colors . If they knew about this before hand they should have it on sale and not full price. Maybe it was a fake pair of Uggs they were trying to sell at full price, who knows! Seems little shady. Buyer beware !

I recently purchased a pair of Journeys exclusive shoes that my daughter fell in love with. They were ticketed at one price and when i went to the register, they rang up $5 more. I advised the cashier and she said no, they must have been tagged incorrectly. I asked if they would honor the price since that was not my error and it was clearly listed on the shoe. She said no and called another girl over and her excuse was "we have new employees in training all the time so its possible it was an error on their part", again I asked if they would honor the price, they told me no and tried an expired coupon, said to me i could text a number to get a $5 discount. After being so frustrated and disappointed, i went ahead and did that because again my daughter was in love with the shoes, but considering i could have gotten an additional discount of $5 and did not because of a mistake on their part and their nonchalant attitude about it, i highly doubt i'll be visiting that story ever again and all my sneaker heads will hear about it as well. Own your mistakes and make your customers happy. I'm truly disappointed.

I went in today in the afternoon their were 3 guys working 2 of them were the only ones out at that time they didn’t welcome us in and they didn’t even ask if we needed any help they were to busy talking to their girlfriends and kissing them in front of us it was disgusting and they didn’t have there masks on it was a bad experience over all if I could would put zero stars

Very small store and not much selection. We came in just to look and see what they had available for school shoes and didn't spend much time in here given they didn't have anything we were interested in purchasing.

The guy ader I just spoke with round 3:00pm today over the phone was very rude laughing while I was talking and over talking me while I was trying to ask about my in store order. He was disrespecting me so badly I had to ask for the store manager who was also there. I would like to speak to someone at the corporate office regarding this matter.

Only giving the two stars cause Mathew was kind, polite and able to help me make a return on the shoes unlike the Other associates that wanted to argue back and forth with me about making a return so thank you Mathew for the help.

I was referred to this store and initially had a good experience. I knew what I was looking for and the manager on duty was personable and helpful. I returned a week later to exchange my purchase for a different style and was sent 30 min away on a wild goose chase for absolutely NO REASON by the very same manager...knowing full well that their company did not carry what I was looking for. He even had me ask for a specific person who was supposedly holding my purchase aside at International Mall for me, except that she was apparently on vacation when I got there. I'm sure he and his coworker had quite a good laugh at my expense!! Of course no one at the store would even answer the phone the rest of that night. Highly unprofessional and not acceptable! I would recommend you spend your hard earned money elsewhere...
