DO NOT BUY UV3 MASTER GUARD FROM KANES. Worst product and worst customer service with GUAD MAIDONA the manager. They are the worst in the market. We love to buy our Furniture at the Kanes in Orlando, but in this occasion, we bought a Leather Sectional of $4000.00 for our Living Room, since we have grandkids, we purchased the 5 Year Protection from UV3 Masterguard to protect our investment. This past January, after the Holidays we noticed an INK mark in one of the sitting cushions, since we have the 5 YEAR PROPTECTION PLAN. I contacted the company to have someone fixed our INK mark, I sent him the pictures and paperwork as requested per UV3 MASTERGUARD, AND the manager GUAD MARIDONA said he will not honor our protection Plan, he refused his service and claimed he can cancel our plan at any time. ALL WE WANT IS THE ink to be removed since we bought their 5 Year protection plan. It is mid-March and no respond from them, I called again to see the status and GUAD MAIDONA said to us in a rude and yelling manner, He will refuse to provide his service and not to contact them again, he can cancel the client's protection plan at any time, he wants with This is not Professional at all. We purchased a 5 YEAR PLAN FOR A PURPOSE, TO PROTECT OUR INVESTMET. As I did more research on UV3 Masterguard they have the worst reviews. Mr. GUAD MAIDONA should not be representing Kanes. To all my clients, friends and Family, I will not recommend this service from UV3 Masterguard. Please pay attention to this and other reviews, for many years UV3 Masterguard is scamming Families. Kanes should not use them as Partner in their Business. We purchased a 5-year plan for a purpose, is not for UV3 MASTEGUARD to cancel it at their convenience. We need our money Back; someone needs to stop these unpleasant situations with this UV3 MASTERGUARD.

Purchased furniture in 2021. Purchased the warranty. The purchase price was ok maybe a touch high but it's worth it if you have a furniture store that stands behind the product. All's good right Well save the warranty hipe, talk to the hand. It is a way to make more money on the sale. The warranty is three years. I read the papers for the warranty, my wife read the warranty. Where it says it covers stains, threads unraveling, mechanical operation, DESPITE CAUSE, it's a lie. Even asked the floor manager. We have a power recliner that pops loudly when reclining, I Called, Emailed, Called, and Waited an hour and a half for service to answer. Not Happening. Had a stain. I Called, Emailed, Called, and Waited an hour and a half for service to answer. Not Happening. Now threads are unraveling in the armrests. do not expect an answer. Nice furniture just the wrong store. Have till August 30 to get any response. Suggest leaving Kane Furniture off the shopping list. Do Not Buy the Warranty. If you just need to spend the money give it to a good charity.

Ok, I admit I'm a furniture snob. But it was so easy to be one here, where the furniture was mediocre in style and of uncertain quality and poorly staged. It was great for a beach house in Clearwater if you retired from the midwest and you certainly won't miss it if a hurricane washes your living room into the Gulf of Mexico. But I feel sorry for those fish.

A friend recommended Kane's Furniture, so my wife and I decided to check it out. Rogers helped us and answered all our questions about the furniture they offer. He also gave us a good idea of the pricing and provided us with some great deals.Kane's has a wide variety of furniture, including patio furniture, beautiful couches, and mattresses. The store was also beautifully decorated and we got an opportunity to see some really nice pieces of furniture.

Kane’s customer since 2008 and have always been very pleased. Had the pleasure of working with Miguel recently. He was very knowledgeable, professionally and personable. I dread any sales environments because I don’t like being pressured. Miguel was not pushy at all. He was super helpful, listened to my wants and was very efficient. Didn’t drag it out unnecessarily like other sales experiences I’ve had. Thanks, Miguel!

I spent $5500 for a sectional. Waited almost a month. I had to call them to find out it was in stock. Then there was no sense of urgency to get us our furniture. Guess we wait over a week for them to deliver when they want to. I really get the feeling nobody cares once the dotted line is signed. I did all the follow up (made calls and left messages). I called my salesman and he couldn't care less. I still have no furniture.I expect better when making a large purchase.

You know what I liked, my salesman Tony he was not pushy and he showed me what I was looking for. He negotiated a price for me on a clearance item and he was very empathetic I love that. Ask for this guy he's a asset to Kanes.

Terrible! Trust and believe when I say go elsewhere. The store refers you to corporate and corporate refers you back to the store. I spoke with Vanessa and Ramon. They lie when they say it’s up to corporate when it’s really up to the store. Brandon was the sales guy.I bought a queen size bedroom set for my son who Hates it bc the product is super cheap not sturdy. The frame wobbles when he turns he can’t sleep.No empathy or understanding whatsoever and no resolution. I practically begged for help and no one cares nowadays. Don’t waste your time. Attached is a picture. This product is no good!!!!

Miguel Riveron was the sales person working with me on the floor. He was very patient and courteous. He took his time showing me around the store and explaining each individual peice to me. He also helped me work out the best price that worked for me. He even helped me finish up the sale from home over the phone. Thanks for all the hard work. If I had to give any criticism and it would be a small criticism. It would be to get to know what the furniture sets are cunstucted of a little bit better. But this is not solely on him. I went to many different stores before buying a bedroom set and noticed this with basically every sales person that helped me in every store. It's kind of like selling a car it's always easy to sell a product if you know it inside and out and you know what it is your buyer is looking for. Thanks again Miguel!

Great people but stay away from their leather products.My 2 year and a half (leather) swivel chairs share the living room with an 8 year old leather sofa.Chairs already peeling vs sofa is still intact.Store refuses to help.The response from store as you can see states they can't find the order. I'm not hiding my name and I was just there.

I was shopping for a living room furniture started with a couch. The-couch I purchased was delivered and is no good it sank in the middle-soon after and Kanes would not return it. They sent a guy out to find any problems with it, and all they did was look for reasons not to return it none were legit. Every couch in Kanes furniture Tampa store seems to have the same style of comfort and will soon wear out, it was awful and I paid good money for it. The manager, office lady both had a bad attitude and-tried to place blame on me when it was clearly junk with a high price tag. Stay clear

Good selection of dining room tables. Lost stars for the salesmanKinda sarcastic....."yeh good luck finding chairs.." When we weren't happy with his selection.His idea was to take off the castors and replace them with other pieces to fit under the table.
