They’re extremely unprofessional. Their attitude just makes you not want to order anymore. Then I went to the drive thru at 1035 and they close at 11. I had to pull up to the last window to be told that they’re closed and not serving anymore. This isn’t the first time.

KFC/Taco Bell off Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Tampa: Service through the window was terrible. Had 2 people on the com box talking over each other, couldn't hear the answers to my questions so they would get upset with me when I would ask to repeat that. Then I had to ask for a spoon for mashed potatoes, was given attitude. then asked for butter and honey for my biscuit. The girl at the window told me with an attitude "Theres already butter and honey in there." Closed the window. I checked three 3 after parking to check my order. Still no butter. Found 6 pks of honey, though. Was not a nice visit for a mom and 6 yr old $35 for 3 tacos, a kids 4-6 peice nugget, and a 3 peice with a biscuit and mashed. Lady told me on the com it was $20 for a 4 piece chicken tender meal!!! What! The pieces aren't even that big!

It's strange that establishments like this even let people dine inside. Everything is obviously set up for mobile orders and drive-thru at this point and the tables are not cleaned with any regularity. Furthermore, the possibility of diners inside the restaurant forces the owners of these places to loop bad pop music and torture their employees for no good reason.Decorations were fun, food was sustaining, but the experience of dining in a place like this in 2023 is confusing.

My experience at this KFC yesterday (1/24/24 around 12:15pm) was really bad. My coworker and I stop at this KFC and we decided to order and eat inside. There were only 2 people in front of us ordering. When it was our turn, a big employee, who I assumed was the manager bc his shirt was a different color, yelled to the cashier to help in the back serving food. She apologized to us and went to the back. We are still waiting. She gave the food to the people waiting inside the restaurant and restarted to take our order, the same person screamed again to the same cashier asking to go to the back and then he looked to us and said the her “they can wait”. Me and my coworker were like ?? seriously? … The cashier was nice and finished our order and gave us the food fast, but that person , was very disrespectful to the employee and to us as clients…. How this company can have an employee who disrespects other employees and clients that way? … We left the location and decided to eat at the office. Food? Not good enough!

Just left this location. Rude cashier,asked for manager and she half listened and promptly told me what I was saying didn't happen even though she didn't here the interaction.First time in life that a manager responded this poorly.Rude manager cosigning rude staff.Poor representation of someone else's business.

This is the absolute worst kfc I have ever been to. The customer service is garbage every single time. When ordering through the drive through they rush you. When ordering and looking over the menu they constantly say "what else" very rudely, even when you ask them politely to give you a second to look at the menu. They need to train their employees on proper customer service. They also forget to put items in the bag and when you tell them they forgot they get upset.

This location has the Rudest employees in all of Tampa. KFC corporate should be ashamed of how their management and employees at 4302 N Armenia Ave, Tampa, FL 33607 treat their customers with such disrespect. We will never go here again.
