We ordered cabinets from this vendor and put down a 50% deposit. They stated they placed the order with their distributors and we should expect our cabinets within a two week window.
We called consistently to request a delivery ETA, tracking, etc and they ghosted up constantly. Almost 3 weeks later we get notified that the order was never placed!
Now we will not have our kitchen for the entirety of the holiday season! Fantastic
Complete and utter lack of respect and professionalism. AVOID

They are fast to sell you but have terrible customer service. I'm missing the crown molding in their delivery, which is a very easy fix. I have tried to contact them multiple times, but nothing. The salesperson's name is Maggie, and the manager's name is Dani, which I requested a callback, and, yes, nothing! What a dumb way to get a bad review.

Girl who was in store was not able to provide any information on any of their products but gave me sales rep's business card. I called her 3 times, left voicemails. Its been over a week and still no call back. She obviously is not interested in doing business. Lack of interest and response shied me away for good. Would give 0 stars if I could.
