My wife and I worked with Kristy and her team (Jace, Tony, and Meghan, minimally) to sell our home in one of the worst times to sell a home in recent memory. Despite the conditions, Kristy and team were incredibly responsive and helpful, often heading off questions and concerns that we had. While we didn't get the number we were hoping for, I do not believe for a second that it had anything to do with our selection of Kristy for the realty process.

My sister and I worked with Kristy and her team to sell my dad's house after he passed away. We both live in a different city and were unfamiliar with the market and neighborhood of my dad's house. Kristy jumped into action giving us great information about the sales in my dad's neighborhood and was incredibly knowledgeable about my dad's area. She referred us to multiple contractors to get the needed work done on my dad's house and held our hand every step of the way.
