They never answer the phone, and have very poor customer service. Don’t even attempt to buy a vehicle here if you don’t speak Spanish. I Was trying to buy a vehicle from Luis and he ended up selling it out from under me and didn’t even have the courtesy to answer my calls or call me and tell me. I ended up driving over an hour all the way to this place because they wouldn’t answer the phone only to find out they sold the vehicle I had been trying to purchase from him. Horrible way to do business.

Almost two months since we bought our car, and we still have not received the license plate and title. We've called 3 times and each time we are told it is on the way and should have it soon, but they don't seem to be able to get it together. I see there are others on here with exactly the same complaint. I do not recommend.
