Requested a week pass and it was a great experience. The facilities are amazing! Indoor swimming pool, basket ball court, tennis court, lots of weight training machines and cardio. A spacious spinning room with about 100 stationary bikes and an aerobics room for Yoga and other activities. Overall very clean and comfortable lockers. enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi at the end of each workout. Thank you LA Firness for a wonderful experience during my week visit to Tampa. ?

I didn't like the fact that , you are force to do 6 months of training and you can't change that. $220 for one day a week, cross fit offers me $193 everyday class with a trainer, they said i will have to buy out my contract witch I didn't know was entering into a contract for personal training. So im force to stay knowing that there's something better out there. If I would have known this I would never enter into the personal training.

Yo, I been to many gyms but my boy Jeremiah built different. He done saw me across the gym and spotted me while I was struggling my bench and proceeds to go back and sign a customer up. This dude like the Steve from captain America. America needs Jeremiah to run all la fitness across the world

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and complaint regarding a recent incident at the Tampa S - Dale Mabry. On 03/9/24, I visited your gym with the intention of using the free 3-day pass advertised for first-time visitors.Upon arrival, I went to reception and presented the promotional pass with QR code that I received from your website. However, to my surprise, I was told by an employee named DJ Demeritt that I could not use the pass and would have to pay $20 to work out that day.I explained to the employee that I had received the promotional pass for your website and that it clearly stated that first-time visitors were entitled to a 3-day free trial. The employee acknowledged that there was an error on the website and that L.A. Fitness was aware of it. Despite this, I was still denied access to the gym without paying.I found this situation extremely embarrassing and humiliating. I felt like I was being forced to pay for a service I was promised for free or to leave the gym without working out. The employee's dismissive attitude and lack of empathy only added to my frustration.I believe this is a case of false advertising and misleading information. Their website clearly states that first-time visitors are eligible for a free 3-day pass, and I was under the impression I could use it without any problems. The fact that I was denied access despite presenting the promotional pass is unacceptable.

moved to tampa recently and would highly recommend this gym as it has everything you need to get a solid workout in.the staff are incredibly kind as well (shoutout to DJ)

I walked in to inquir extension possibilities of my Esporta account.Ori explained to me clearly that that is possible and I signed up .The same day in the afternoon I worked out at the LA Fitness.In all aspects I am very pleased. Extra compliment to Ori and the employees at the desk.Friendly and made me feel at home right away!!!

Chris is one of the greatest customer service/managers I’ve ever dealt with. He answered every little question I had and was just overall really kind and empathetic. I’m glad he was here instead of some rude manager. Chris really cares about making sure every interaction is logical and well thought. It’s clear that he is great at quick thinking and is overall just a good person. Definitely setting the standard for other managers (if he isn’t a manager he should be).
