Labcorp has had the same solvable issues for 6+ years. There is no excuse this day and age.
The DMV runs better than this corporate company of a nightmare.
Maybe one day they will get a CEO that can experience the nightmare as a client and improve the experience.
1. long waits - my patients report 3 hours after their scheduled apt
2. Software that takes patients in alphabetical order at the same time vs the one that showed up on time. Late patients are rewarded
3. Filthy lobby
4. Disgruntled staff
Please corporate America….create a company that takes some of their market share and forces them to improve.
I can assure you I was early, and that I had an appointment and checked in correctly. The post from someone saying the bad reviews are from people who are rude or late is false as I pride myself on my punctuality and professionalism.
See for yourself, the lobby is jam packed with frustrated customers.

0 stars if it was a option. Nothing against the staff, but it's absolutely unacceptable that this is my third time coming to this location with an appointment, only to be delayed by three hours. The facility is severely understaffed, and the lack of professionalism is undeniable. Honestly, this place should be shut down — people are waiting over five hours just to get blood work done.

If I could give it a 0 I would give it to you. The worst service ever. First and last time visiting this place. The treatment of the patient is horrible, they yell at you as if nothing happened, they don't explain and on top of that you have to wait almost 3 hours for a blood test when you are supposed to have a scheduled appointment.

First person checked in after opening at 7 am , my appointment was at 7:15 am and wasn’t seen until 8am

They are always friendly to me everytime I go in. Never had a problem with them. I wish they would hire a window cleaner to clean their windows. I was scared to touch the door fearing I was going catch something.

I was there for a walk in. When I arrived there was no one, the front desk was horrible!!!!!! all poorly educated!!!!!!! without exception!!!! after me several more arrived, I was waiting for a long time and they never called me... until I decided to leave, I will never go back to that place!!!

Did a 7am walk in 3 weeks ago but the location didn’t have the receptacle needed for the test. Asked when it might be back in stock and they didn’t know. Asked if I could be notified and no. Called a week later and left a vm, no return call. Called last week and left vm, no return call. Had to reschedule my Dr. appointment because the labs weren’t done. Emailed labcorp corporate office for assistance and no response. Having lab work done with Fl Medical Clinic this morning.

Normally I have a great experience, but today the lady was visibly offended when I request that she retake my blood pressure because I knew it would be lower after I sat for a minute. Then she was visibly offended when I politely pointed to the vein I requested her to use. Most phlebotomists are happy to know where the successful veins are. Then when she pulled the needle she used the same alcohol pad that she cleaned my arm with under the gauze, so it instantly stung. That's not aseptic technique! This lady needs to be retrained.

It's the billing department for this location. Now, I'm not sure if all locations here are handled by the same place but I will NEVER use their labs again. First time they double charged me and the representative said she didn't see it anywhere in the system. Provided proof I haven't heard anything back. This time getting notices that my account is past due but I have payments set up through PayPal. But only see one of the payments so far.The math ain't mathing!!!

I do not recommend coming here I gained 60 pounds while having a baby came here for a drug test for a job opportunity they said that I didn’t look like the photo on my ID . The photo on my id was 6 years ago keep giving them other forms of proof that it was me and they denied service they also contacted the Job and they decided not to continue with the job opportunities because of this lab corp do not come here people are rude and nasty service they made me feel super insecure about my weight

I made an appt online without checking the reviews first. First and last time going to that office. I usually have my blood work done at Labcorp inside walgreens and never had a complain. I did not have any test done bc as soon as I entered that office the disgusting smell I couldn't handled it and left. Sorry, but the office doesn't look CLEAN at all so I can not imagine how the inside rooms looks.
