Label Swap is hands-down the best consignment spot in town. Not only are the selection and sales incredible, but the atmosphere is always positive. I especially love the little things they do to make shopping fun, like the hunt for Murphy—finding that little dog for a reward credit always makes my day feel like a total win!
I want to give a major shout-out to PHOENIX, who has been a familiar, friendly face since the early days. She is incredibly observant; she has even remembered my style preferences before and is always making a great find feel like a celebration!
She always works with such professionalism and kindness, I had a mix up one time and she ensured I didn't have to wait longer than necessary and making me feel valued as a long-time customer. Her enthusiasm for fashion is infectious, and she truly goes out of her way to make sure every shopper leaves with a smile. She is an absolute gem to the Label Swap team!
