Dr. Kim was incredibly thorough with my examination. She took the time to explain in detail the meaning behind every test and answered all of my questions. I was hesitant to get the exam because it has been so long since I had an examination, but she made the entire experience very comfortable for me. It was above and beyond what I was expecting.
Evan helped me pick out a pair of glasses and was incredibly patient and knowledgeable about the fitment requirements of glasses on different facial shapes. It may be common knowledge to most people, but for my first pair the experience really really gave me the confidence that I was getting a product that fit me correctly. He even went as far as to ask what colors I normally wear so the frame color would best match my normal wear. To get this kind of personal detail and care was truly shocking for me, but it made all the difference.
When I went to pick up the glasses it was near closing time and I didn't want to really bother the employees too much since they were about to leave. However, Alyssa brought me my new glasses and took the time to go through the entire care process for these. Even though it was past closing time she made sure that the questions I had were all answered in a very through manner. She wanted to make sure I could leave confident about my purchase and they are properly cared for as long as possible.
Every experience I had start to finish was so welcoming and friendly. I will definitely recommend this location to anyone.

The assistant manager was super rude to me, I couldn't exchange even a small conversation with her. Being in a higher position is a test of humility and service.

This was my first time coming here and I’ really impressed . The place is very clean and the service is excellent. Even though I can be a little bit picky but the person who name Alyssa was so patient with me, she helped me a lot and was also she very kind and gorgeous. Thank you to LensCrafters!

I have been going to this location for years and working with Dr. Kim. The Receptionist is charged with Dereliction of Duty for not scheduling my follow-up appointment. Do not tell me you did something and did not do it. This makes the customer look like a person that has just shown up for an unscheduled appointment.

I came here years ago and then tried other locations and other eyeglass places that have been a letdown. The Carrollwood LensCrafters is the best all around. Dr Kim and her clinic are fantastic and would highly recommend her to do eye exams. The salesperson who helped me, Deborah, was great also and helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. So glad I came back to Carrollwood LensCrafters.
