Our car buying journey at Lexus of Tampa Bay was transformed into an extraordinary experience, thanks to the incredible Amanda Farren, the Internet Sales Manager. After a challenging start at another Lexus dealership in Orlando, reaching out to Amanda felt like a much-needed breath of fresh air. Her professionalism, consistent communication, and unparalleled patience ensured all our questions were answered, making us feel truly valued and understood from the get-go. Amanda's warm welcome upon our arrival at the dealership set the tone for what was an amazing car buying experience. Amanda's commitment to excellence was evident in every interaction. She went above and beyond to ensure our needs and preferences were not just met, but exceeded. Her dedication made us feel reassured and supported throughout the process, highlighting her exceptional customer service skills and her genuine care for customers. However, our experience hit a snag when it came to finalizing the paperwork with the business manager. Despite his friendly demeanor, the process was notably slow and became a test of patience. It took over an hour for our paperwork to be prepared, and upon entering his office, it was apparent that he was still working on it. More concerning was the pressure to sign digital documents quickly, without the opportunity to thoroughly read through them. This approach, focusing on speed over clarity, stood in stark contrast to the meticulous and customer-oriented service provided by Amanda. The majority of our time at the dealership was spent dealing with these delays, which was frustrating. Despite this setback, Amanda's outstanding service and professionalism significantly outweighed the inconvenience caused by the paperwork process. Her ability to provide such a high level of service, making us feel completely taken care of, was truly remarkable. Amanda Farren is undoubtedly a valuable asset to Lexus of Tampa Bay, and her efforts to ensure our satisfaction were deeply appreciated. Avoid Lexus of Tampa Bay and Autonation - they only want your money and will over promise and under deliver. We were dooped by them when purchasing a used vehicle. We asked if a car had a certain feature and were told and shown it did not have this feature not on this year of vehicle. Literally 12 hours after driving off the lot we discovered the vehicle indeed was suppose to have this feature but it was inopperable. After a very unsatisfactory sales experience I literally 12 hours after left the lot contacted sales person to correct the undisclosed flaw and to a greater extent hidden flaw as the salesperson claimed car did not have this feature. No response. I had to hunt down sales manager - took me week and a half after multiple calls, messages, texts - all unreturned. I finally get a new car manager to walk over a message and contact and am told sorry car sold as is. Just unscrupulous sales people and not at all customer focused. Avoid Lexus of Tampa Bay and Autonation aligned retailers.

My Service Consultant, Kevin Jofko, met me on time for my appointment, reviewed everything that needed to be done and got the car right into the shop. The work was done quickly, the car was washed, and they finished even earlier than promised. It was exactly the kind of service people have come to expect of luxury car dealerships.

I loved the service I received at the Lexus of Tampa Bay, from the moment I called for my appointment I was attended to very well, they gave me the appointment for the day and time that I needed, when I got to the dealer they treated me very kindly then Geudi made a wonderful job on my car, they did maintenance on my Lexus, rotated tires, changed the oil and they also delivered it to me clean and in the agreed time, I highly recommend visiting this dealer I give it 5 stars with congratulations I wouldn't change it for anything: I love Lexus❤️

My service advisor Tyler was great.I wish Lexus made the service schedule a little simpler. It seems like I take the car in about twice as frequently as is necessary. Most times the service involves tire rotation and inspection at no charge but there are also several optional services that can be done at $300 to $400.
