Took a brand new Arhaus Faux Rabbit Fur blanket here. It got dropped in a small puddle of water from a cup that I was trying to clean up on my floor. I immediately took the blanket there so it was not sitting in it. It was only wet in a spot and there was absolutely nothing on it chemical wise that could have stained it. This blanket cost me $175 new and is literally still available on their website. When I went to pick it up I knew something was amiss when it was handed to me balled up in a plastic shopping bag not even one of the nicer heavy duty plastic zippered bags like you should use on a blanket this size. I gave them the benefit of the doubt having never been here before. I get home take it out. They MATTED it!!! I immediately turned around called and took it back. I was told “That’s what happens when you clean something. It doesn’t look new, that is normal wear and tear. I was aghast. You could literally see two different textures all over the blanket now!! The guy actually shouted at me when I told him this was absolutely NOT normal yelling “ How would YOU know what Normal is?!!” I told them I expected it to be fixed or replaced. We shall see when I go get it today… Also, to be clear the instructions were still attached to the blanket.

Had a disastrous experience at this cleaner
-First off all, this business is a nail salon - being a cleaner is just a side hustle for them.
- I brought my white Calvin Klein shirt as well as my jacket and pants to be cleaned. I dropped in on a Monday back in October, and asked to be done by Thursday because I was headed to a wedding that weekend. I was told PU would be anytime after 5 on Wednesday.
-On Thurs AM, nothing was ready, told to come back after lunch.
Thursday after 5, I come back, Jacket and Pants are one, but the white shirt isn't. No big deal, bought a cheap one at Target.
- Next week, I come back for the white shirt and it is no where to be found. Employee calls owner and says that she has it at the other location. Popped in a few days later and then owner then told me she gave it to the wrong person and that she would take my info and call me back. Went back in a few weeks later for an update, and was told it hasn't come in yet.
-Unfortunately, a month later, still haven't got a call from the owner, I would go back in to get an update, but will most likely be fed the same excuse. I will not be bringing my clothes here to be cleaned again.

We used their services twice and both times the items were ruined. The alteration was not done the way we asked for. Pants had to be redone. Hoodie became short and could not be worn anymore. The owner gave us attitude when the issue was addressed. We got refund for one of the items and were asked not to come back. Will not recommend this service.Service: Alterations

I've never experienced such awful service and unprofessionalism from an owner. I brought my t-shirt in on a Monday for a simple alteration. I needed that t-shirt for an event on the weekend. I was guaranteed my shirt would be done by Friday which was perfect. But that WAS NOT the case. I called Friday after receiving no call all week, an employee told me that my shirt is not done. All of these excuses were said about there owner is out of the country. I understand circumstances but knowing there owner was out of the country, I still was guaranteed to get it Friday. Fast forward a week, i still haven't had my shirt. I called the next Thursday....a guy employee informed me that my shirt is done but not in store, he knew the ridiculousness of this situation and said if he had to get the shirt himself he would....did he get it? NO. The next day which is currently today (it's been 2 weeks since I dropped off my shirt) the women is back and one of the employees call me my shirt is there. After multiple employees tell me I will not get charged due to this hassle...I go and get my shirt. The main woman continues to try and charge me. I believe her name is Mah. Mah definitely represents her current Yelp reviews online mentioning she is rude. She was out of her line the way she spoke to me and made comments. I will give you one of the multiple examples...Mah said "you need to sleep with the shirt or wear it to the hospital?" She made that rude comment to me because I was simple frustrated what I had to go through with a cleaners. Being a dry cleansers, most people need shirts for events so that comment was very unprofessional. She runs a terrible business. I do not put this on her employees. You DO NOT leave the country if your business is open and can't be ran. But her being there most definitely makes it worse the way I was treated. On top of all that, the line they drew with permanent marker is still on my shirt....unbelievable.

The employees are very polite but the quality of dry cleaning services is very poor and they overcharge. Recently, I provided 2 cotton dress shirts for cleaning and after 3 days they were returning to me and not cleaned at all. I was provided a receipt with a total cost upon drop off and I would pay upon delivery. The items were sent back for cleaning which took an additional 2 days and came back in much better condition. However, upon cashing out I was overcharged and they couldn't provide an explanation why. My receipt had a completely different total than there system. The overall process interms of timeframe and quality of cleaning was very poor. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I do not recommend this location for timely and quality service.

Ended up costing $20 more than I was told it would cost when I dropped it off. Had a comforter cleaned and now all the stuffing is bunched up in the corner of it.

I have a similar experience to many of the other reviews. I was told it would be $48.50 when dropped off and tried to pay then. Was told to pay when I pick up. When I came to pick up I was told it would be $70.... $70 to dry clean one comforter and a sheet. In addition to this I believe they hung the comforter up while still wet causing all of the filling to pool in the corners/lumps. I am not sure what soap they use as well but the comforter smells semi musty. I would suggest using any other dry cleaners in the area.

The absolute worst experience I've ever had. Horrible customer service. Would rather drive 15 minutes than ever go back to this cleaner.

the good - friendly, fast, good work. the bad - more than 4 dollars each for a basic white shirt wash and iron. this should be 1/2 that price

In my opinion this business is despicable! Their operating and business practices are the worst I have ever experienced!

I find I’m charged to remove spots when there are none (happens every delivery), they refuse to launder cotton sport shirts the same as dress shirts -“requiring” they be dry cleaned at over twice the price, will not provide a count of clothing dropped off unless requested each time. Expensive. When a button was replaced - cost me $5 and a two day wait for seamstress. Laundry and cleaning results were good.
