I had a fantastic experience at Extra Space Storage, all thanks to the incredible team of Steven and Gary. From the moment I first inquired, Steven's knowledge and professionalism were immediately apparent. He took the time to patiently answer all of my questions and made sure I felt confident in my choice of a unit. When it was time to move in, Gary was a rock star his efficiency and friendly demeanor made the entire process seamless and fast. It was clear these two work incredibly well together, providing a level of service that goes far beyond what you'd expect. A huge shout-out to both of them for making what could have been a stressful day completely effortless. They are a true assets to this location and deserve more than five stars!

The customer service at this location is outstanding. Everyone I have interacted with has been nothing less than stellar. Very accommodating. The only gripe I have is they increased my rent to almost double after about three months. Frustrating when I moved to that facility to save money. Other than that, no bad experience.

This is my second time renting a unit from this location. They have an amazing team there and I am in and out in minutes. The facility has undergone a facelift recently and is now bright and vibrant.They also offer complimentary wi-fi.
