Ongoing Issues with Poor Management Response
I've experienced multiple incidents where the main gate was not functioning—this has happened five times in the past two weeks alone. For a business owner running daily operations, this is extremely disruptive. The elevators also frequently fail, leading to situations where people cannot enter the building, get stuck inside, or are unable to exit.
Unfortunately, the facility managers are often unresponsive, leaving the scene during these issues, and it's nearly impossible to get someone on the phone to address the problems. There seems to be a lack of accountability and urgency in managing the building, which is unacceptable given the service fees. The ongoing failures are not reflective of the standards expected, especially when full payment is still required. Significant improvements are needed to justify the cost of this service.

Everything has been very easy to access, from the process of renting online to payment to accessing the facility. I had a small glitch and it was handled quickly and professionally, and, most of all, with compassion. The facility is well-run and the choice of spaces and pricing is excellent. I did some comparisons before renting and they definitely have the best variety and pricing. I highly recommend!
