I’m not one to usually write reviews, but Laurie was so impressive I felt I had to! I've never had an experience in a clothing store quite like this one—Laurie really knows her stuff. I'm not exactly a fashion expert, but she picked out outfits that felt trendy and right for me, mixing and matching pieces I wouldn't have thought of on my own. She totally nailed it and made shopping feel like I had my own personal stylist. Laurie's so good, she could be working at Loft Corporate! I'm seriously impressed and will definitely be back thanks to Laurie.

A great place for women’s clothes. If you have a women’s in your life—and I do—make sure you visit the loft. The name of the store may be confusing—because it’s not actually a loft. And there isn’t any hay. Unless hay is slang for clothes. But no cap, my wife loves it.

Had a large selection of clothing and accessories. My better half found some items and was pleased by the fit and the price. the store was clean, well stocked and the employees were friendly.

The manager Shirin and associate Joanne were very helpful with my transactions and exchanges I had. They always take the time and make sure I had everything I needed.

PSA for anyone who may also be mislead into thinking this store offers curbside pickup - they do not, due to staffing issues. Not only does the website claim curbside pickup is available, the email letting me know my order was ready provided the store number to call when I arrived. The phone prompt also says to press “4” for curbside. This is NOT the employee’s fault but it was a huge inconvenience because I couldn’t just walk in to pick it up once they let me know curbside was not available. I had to cancel my order.
