Prescription always fulfilled on time and fast. It gets delivered to my house sometimes without me asking for it. My insurance is accepted by them and it covers the whole costs of prescriptions. I've had a good experience with them, and their service. I have no complaints about them, but the same can't be said from other people who have experienced their service. It's all relative.

Super mala atención no son diligentes. No ayudan a resolver al paciente. Pura burocracia. Sino les gusta el trabajo que tienen que hagan otro. Mucha grosería y falta de respeto con el paciente de parte de las personas que trabajan ahí. No dan solución sino más bien complican todo.

When my doctor sent a prescription to Logos Pharmacy one of their employees called to let me know they had gotten it, what the cost would be, and that my insurance wouldn't cover it. I couldn't afford the cost at that time. The gentleman who called me said they would keep it on file for a year and I could call any time within that year and ask them to fill the prescription. A couple months later when I could afford to get the prescription filled I called Logos Pharmacy and the lady who answered the phone insisted they don't have the script. Even after I told her about the phone call I recieved from one of their employees who told me they have it, she still insisted they don't have it. So I asked my doctor to send the script again, and she did that before I left the office. Nobody from Logos Pharmacy called me this time so I called them. I spoke with two different people who asked me multiple times for my name and personal information but didn't seem interested in finding my prescription. They couldn't understand why I got tired of supplying my name and personal information over and over again when all they wanted to do was insist that they don't have my prescription that their employee told me they do have. I don't know what's going on there, but if they are going to lose prescriptions like this I wouldn't count on them to do a good job of filling them if they ever find them.

This is the best neighborhood pharmacy in town! Super efficient. Delivers medicine to residents that can't get to the pharmacy and every time I call they are happy to help!

the service is bad, the medicines NEVER arrive on time, they arrive within 3 days. (that if you are lucky), and hoping that the pain does not end with the patient sooner, I do not recommend this pharmacy.

This company is awful, I went to the doctor on June 8 and he prescribed a cream and he said that your company will call me "immediately" once the prescription is received. After three days, I called Logo because I hadn't received any phone call and the Lady, very nasty her, said that she hasn't received the prescription, "you have to call later" so, did I, after more than 10 minutes on hold, and then she told me that I have to paid 40 dollars for the cream, so I did, and she said that I will received it on Tuesday, it never happened, I called Today, Wednesday again and one lady told me my address was wrong and I never received any call to check my address. This company sucks. After my complaint the "friendly" Lady said: "I have no idea "

Most unprofessional pharmacist and pharmacy staff I am dealing with ever . No ethical value for profession. Staff is highly disrespectful towards customers as well as competitive pharmacies. Even thought customer request transfer, these greedy people don’t release the profile after requesting 20 times . Such a shame you r for community. Hope new year teaches you to become honest atleast to your profession
