This store was phenomenal! They were super happy to assist me and helped me create my custom couch. I ended up going with all of the bells and whistles that you can add and Jonathan made sure to go over measurements with me three or four times so everything would perfectly fit in my house. It is a very clean store and very inviting I am so excited for my couch to get delivered!!

Went in on 2/10 was helped by Mackenzie. He was amazing and showed us how great lovesac is. On 2/18 went in to place order and was “helped” by Taylor. Taylor was unpleasant to work with and I would advise to not get assisted by Taylor. I would give 5 stars but after leaving the store with my experience with Taylor, it was so bad and unprofessional that i have to leave a 1 star review. I received my delivery in a timely fashion and product came out great. Stay away from Taylor.

Lindsay at the TAMPA FLORIDA location. This is the second time Lindsay has not only answered questions for me but placed an order for me and basically offered me TOP NOTCH customer service, answered all my questions and made me feel amazing about spending a small fortune. I bought my lovesac sactional in Baltimore, MD in 2012 and have changed the covers twice, bought an additional lovesac sectional for my Rustic cabin in Ohio (the Lovesac is worth more than the cabin lol). Now living in Florida I have purchased all new replacements cushions and covers during the pandemic (Lindsay also helped me with that transaction) and now added three additional seats and sides for my OG Lovesac. I don't even know how to give Lindsay proper credit but she surely deserves it. My cart sat floundering for weeks as I tried to decided if I should add pieces how many and what was the deal with the deep seats? Are they versatile? are they worth it? I already have a deep side that allowed me to have the long sactional but the seats? I used your chat services and spoke with a person who though not meaning to confused me more about the deep seat option and left me to abandon my cart again and not pull the trigger on the order. SO, this all changed with one call to Lindsay, she made it so easy to understand the deep seat "it just meant a smaller size back cushion nothing else is different" THAT WAS SO EASY! Don't give me measurements, just tell me straight up. She has the ability to streamline the info and charge my account in minutes. Not only that she sent me pics via text of configurations and worked out the best way to make a chair etc. She also located my account and even did a price adjustment days later when I ended up getting an additional 5% off coupon via email. Lindsay made sure that I Knew that Lovesac valued me as a customer. She sounded like she had enthusiasm about being a lovesac employee which is major to me. And she generally provided customer service that is very hard to find in our current climate. THANK YOU Lovesac for making Lindsay feel valued so that she was able to make me as a customer feel valued. THANK YOU LINDSAY

Doesn’t seem like they pay their staff fairly reminds me a lot of when I worked at Tesla but the quality of the product seems worth it especially with a growing family they are made to last and easy to clean made with California standards

Have had sofa for several months now. Extremely well-built. Very comfortable. Only problem was with Fed Ex delivery. Boxes very heavy and they refused to bring to door. Didn’t ask for inside….just to door since they had hand truck. Ended up standing in middle of the road and wouldn’t let them leave until they did.

As of now my experience at the Showrook was amazing. We happened to walk in by chance with our familo. Tyrese, the sales rep was patient and good at explaining everything. Now we are just waiting for our delivery!

Lindsey was absolutely amazing. We came in knowing kind of what we wanted, but she really helped us talk it out and bring it to life. I was actually blown away at the speediness of all the employees in the store and 10000% recommend going to visit this team instead of trying to build your Lovesac online!

After seeing the ad during the Super Bowl we went to the Lovesac store located inside International Plaza in Tampa, Florida. Lindsey was very knowledgeable and very helpful. We ended up buying the 5 seats, 5 sides and the stereo system. The sound blew us away!!! Great experience. We’ve never been so excited about a sofa before.Mercedes & Ivan
