Horrible customer service. First we get attitude from a female employee setting up shelving because we asked her to call someone to the carpet section, when there were 4 employees working on one self .....THEN we wait 18 minutes for help ,only to be told the guy that works in the department that can lower down the indoor/outdoor carpet we wanted to buy , called out sick and nobody in the whole store can work a button and cut a 5ft piece of AstroTurf?? I get it things,happen so kindly put up a sign saying that we can't get it today, that this service is not available .Don't waste our time and have an attitude doing it as if we did something wrong.We left $400 of supplies for our project in your store.Dealing with a company this big ,you would think they would train better and show employees how to function better in the work place.

This was the Lowe's in New Tampa on Bruce b down. Friendly staff very clean store well organized. When I'm going to listen to town I need supplies this is where I go. Keep up the good work guys love your store.

You are going to make a delivery and you cannot park and sleep in the place with so much space available, it is not understandable why they are not more flexible and make the job easier for those who transport the product so that their business works, I see no reason to have to go around 10 or 12 miles to be able to sleep and then return to the same place

I bought some wood that was 50% off and the cashier Don, told me that it wasn't at that price and I explained to him that I was in the discount area. He practically called me a liar to my face. I told him to call the supervisor and he didn't want to. The whole time he was hostile and rude until another person came and helped me. They should give him training on how to treat customers.

Although it doesn't always offer the lowest prices, their price match compensates. I prefer their cleanliness and intuitive floor plans over any other hardware store.
