Not that reviews matter much for home improvement stores but I’m waiting for the day that Lowe’s actually hires people who know WHAT they are doing. It’s pathetic as a woman to walk into a tool store and to have more knowledge than half their workers here. Perks of being a construction dads daughter I guess. It took two men 30 minutes to go find one item they couldn’t find and having to prepare a plan B while they say sorry we don’t have any saws and we could go buy one to cut a board in half but handed us a hand saw to cut our own lumber. Like what in the world!?? This is while the manager Miguel and one of his employees stood there unwilling to help and were incredibly rude. They literally handed us an hand saw and walked away. Didn’t bother to help grab wood or hand us a broom to clean up. They walked away. My husband set up a makeshift cutting area to cut boards with a freaking hand saw because they don’t have saws but this is a freaking tool store. What a joke this store this. We even asked one of the cashiers for a manager and she rudely said they won’t come down to lumber you have to go to customer service and talk to them there. What a joke and waste of time this last hour was. Skip this store and save your sanity and go to Home Depot that’s a few miles down the road. You will be treated better there, with knowledgeable people and a tool store that actually has working equipment 🤦🏼♀️

Oldsmar Lowes garden department is the best in the area! They need to fire the manager at Waters location which sell already dead plants in clearance area and have terrible customer service. Thank you Oldsmar Lowes for being a good example of what Lowes is supposed to be!

Tosha (at customer service)is very unkind—beware!!!!
Went into the store looking for a few last-minute Christmas decorations. All they had left was a few store pieces left . When asking for a price because they were not marked and one was not working well Tosha at customer service came over. The first thing she said is, “I’m not giving you a discount” and I said I haven’t even asked for anything. “I was actually looking for a price” she then told me the full price and I said can I get a discount or is there something you can do to help because it’s a store display, it’s not working and it’s missing pieces and she literally barked at me…” I told you I’m not doing anything for YOU” I asked if there was somebody else I could speak to because I certainly did not like her tone and her not even thinking of a way to problem solve. She’s awful and should not be customer facing, especially trying to be helpful or respectful. She does not have either of those qualities.

Good quality home improvement products, generally better than the orange one. The prices are a little more, most of the time. You get what you pay for.

The lack of checkout aisles is frustrating. Long wait times. When I finally got up to the checkout, the system said I could lookup my Lowe's Card and use it. The QR code didn't work for looking up my account. Just kept trying to get me to sign up for a card. The one lady working the 3 registers was nice but didn't know how to help pull up my card, nor did she really have time to, having to help the other customers in the growing line. The cost cutting of less checkout associates is badly hurting customer service.

No on is trained
As a former contractor I bought there because of Slava at the pro desk
Really sad that the many managers there can’t train the staff
Josh in painting told me the wallpaper adhesive was in the next aisle
After walking up and down the aisle I asked him again and he told me it was in the lumber aisle
I knew it was hopeless so I went to the wallpaper area and they only had one tube for repair. Smh
The guy in tools didn’t know where the chisels were but I finally found them myself
Pointless is talking to any manager as the only answer you get is that it’s their policy
Update your policies because it’s not working

1. Unprofessional encounter with installer did not say hello or anything unpon entering the household and left a pretty sizeable mess in the kitchen. Also didn't inform me about the adjustment that was made that altered the movement of my cabinets. Thus I tried opening one door not knowing it would not open all the way and broke a piece off the microwave that I just paid$400 for. UNPROFESSIONAL. The courteous thing to do would be to inform me that the cabinet will not open all the way and to be cautious. But nope. Theinstaller was mute the entire time.
2. I went to lowes on Saturday again to update contact information however lowes did not update my phone number thus I called the third party installation service to update the contact information but they still didn't. The installer then arrived late, outside of the time slot that was scheduled. To pay $125 for a 20 minute installation with unprofessional service is ridiculous. Do not recommend Lowes for installation of any appliance. Will be taking my business elsewhere for future installments.

Store had many items in the aisles. Was not able to locate what I was looking for but found something similar.

I spoke with 4 employees and none of them knew where the outdoor flooring was located nor did they try to find out. Told me to order online. This is why I rarely go to Lowe’s. Home Depot employees walk you to the product. This place needs better employee training.

We bought a new fridge for our garage at home yesterday at this location….salesman was super nice, professional and helpful. One problem, he didn’t confirm which address we wanted the fridge delivered to (although I had mentioned it was for our garage), so it was scheduled, unbeknownst to me, to be delivered to our business (we have a pro account). My husband noticed the error in the confirmation email. No big deal. So he called to change the delivery address and was told the order would have to be canceled and placed again. No problem. The super nice lady he spoke with went ahead and confirmed our home address then proceeded to cancel the order. Then she asked if there was anything else she could help him with and did he want to place an online order for anything. My husband is just so polite, he proceeds to tell her that he’s like to order something, he gives her the item number (for the fridge) and they set the delivery date. Like….she completely spaced it. So odd. Again, not a big deal but just looks bad for the location. We’re more Home Depot folks but this Lowe’s location is near our house and just more convenient sometimes. I’ve always had amazing luck with the window department and the girl there that does the measuring has been there for years and is absolutely professional and super sweet. Overall weird experience yesterday but everyone is super nice so that makes it not so bad.

They will NOT stand by a malfunctioning product because the box was opened. How could I know it was defective????
Will NEVER step foot in a Lowes again.
