I made a purchase online on a sat customer service was closed. My addressonday they said they can put a request in but was correct to deliver to the right place but once I paid with Apple Pay the address changed itself during the transaction so I couldn’t do anything I called the store and customer service they wouldn’t help me and said they was no way of switching it on Monday they can put a request in but not guaranteed so I lost money now and my daughter is upset because she saved that money for her favorite shirt.

Visited the store for a simple exchange (item ripped after less than 3 weeks) and dealt with an abrasive employee who made it complicated for no reason. She refused to exchange the item for a different color. after 10 minutes of fumbling with the system she issued a gift card….. and then brushed me off. Why wouldn’t you just simply exchange the item? Not great customer service here.

I came here on a Friday afternoon and it was pretty busy. Parking is in a garage but the Lululemon is right next to it so that’s convenient. The staff was all very friendly despite it being a fast paced environment. Jessica who had manager vibes was very kind in the dressing room and checked in on me. Kayla at the front greeted me and she kind of comes off not authentic but she probably greets hundreds of people a day. But turns out she was actually very kind and attentive. She checked me out when I was in a rush. She also asked if I was military and I got a good discount that I didn’t realize Lululemon does. Overall great experience and I recommend both Kayla and Jessica for raises they definitely go above and beyond to make customers feel welcome and taken care of.

TLDR: Go to the one in Westshore instead!I had a lulu bra that a seam came undone on and I wanted to get it fixed. I called a few days before I was planning on going in to make sure they still fix seams. I called three times throughout the day and didn’t get an answer so I decided to just go in. The woman at the front explained that they don’t have a seamstress anymore and to call them sometime later to find out if they’ve hired a new one (as if they answer their phones). She did not offer to replace the defective item. So I called the Lululemon store in Westshore and they actually answered the phone, were kind and helpful and said I could come in and exchange the defective bra. Save yourself the time and go to the store in Westshore (literally 15 mins from this store).

Not commenting on this store, but the cheap junk that they sell. Thin and cheesy tee shirts made in Asia. Less than 40% cotton. Mostly plastic. The label says it’s new technology: shirts with odor fighters. Just bathe. And buy a Costco 100% cotton tee. Outrageous prices don’t help, either.I think they need “lemon-aid”.

I've been a frequent shopper at this specific lululemon since 2014. They have always helped me with anything I needed especially with hemming. Today they were especially helpful. It was a crowded Saturday afternoon and I went in to go pick up a hemming order that I had forgotten about in February. Despite the craziness in the store. An very nice employee named Gabriella informed me my hemming order got misplaced (I assumed she looked all over for it because she took a while). Without hesitation she said she'd call and give me a gift card plus an extra 30$ for the mixup. She even called to confirm that I got it in my email. A+ people y'all have working there and it really showed when the store was incredibly busy.

Bring your gun with you.. if the store gets robbed while you're there .. the The employees get fired for doing anything but standing still and letting it happen Even in Florida... Stores like this I come fully armed into.. for MY safety

Love Lulu and of course my daughter and I just had to go in while in the area. This location is right next to Bartaco and seems to have more items also available that are on sale. If you see something here on sale grab it because other locations won't honor the price. Staff is friendly and they have a big area in the back for fitting rooms. Can't go wrong with their buttery soft leggings!! Also love their sneakers and sweaters as well.

we got to the store at 7:50ish and it should close at 8 but the doors were locked and they refused to let us in. the lady told us that she and her coworkers need to get home and said it was very crowed even though there were maybe 6 people. we were refused service and the lady was not very kind.
