I just moved in a few weeks ago and the office staff is absolutely amazing! They are all so friendly/kind and really go out of their way to help make it a better experience.

I got all moved in early JULY, i am extremely happy !! my roommate ( HERCULES) really enjoys the endless sidewalks all around surrounding areas to have long walks and we both like that HOOTERS restaurant is SO close !! the staff at LUXE has been AMAZING !! TY TY

I was lucky enough to get a room at Luxe after moving from out of state, and have enjoyed my experience here! Olivia is so friendly, and has been taking care of my every need. This place is also pet friendly and secure. I highly recommend this place to my friends that are moving near Brandon crosstown because it’s close to everything I want, and has great amenities like the pool and 24 hour fitness center. The trash pickup comes everyday and the place stays pretty clean and quiet. No complaints 😻

I recently moved into the Luxe apartment complex about a month ago. I absolutely love the complex, as it’s very well-kept, quiet and clean. Olivia was amazing during the move in process. She was very friendly and helpful, and she made the transition into my new home comfortable and easy.

I have not moved in yet, but my experience thus far has been amazing. What can you say about OLIVIA!!!! Awesome, amazing, inclusive, just phenomenal. She has been so pleasant each and every time I have called or just stopped by out of the blue. The appearance of the property has been amazing each time i have stopped by which to me shows that management cares about the property and I truly feel that they care about their residents happiness. I'm looking forward to my move. Once again. Olivia, thank you, thank you, thank you. Keep being the beautiful person you are.

I'm not one for writing reviews, but I feel like obligated to since it's such a big part that people rely on when moving - especially if from across the country, like I did.
I toured with Annie in January, and then asked her about a million questions between then and move-in day. Annie really is the best and was so helpful every single time. On move-in day, I got my keys and welcome packet from Olivia, who also was so nice and helpful.
Since move-in, I had issues with my dryer and the maintenance guys had to come by 4 times. However, it's not their fault as these things happen, but kudos to them. Every single time they showed up within 24 hours of when I put in the request and were so friendly and eager to figure it out until they did.
Overall, I'm super happy here so far and so glad I picked this complex. Everyone has been nothing but helpful and friendly.

The entire experience of moving here was a breeze, and the complex has fulfilled all of their promises and more. Annie was absolutely perfect in helping me find a unit. I love this place and I plan to stay here for the foreseeable future!

I am so happy that I came to Luxe 1820 apartments and became a resident. I couldn’t figure out how to get the key for the self guided tour. Olivia came outside and offered her assistance. She was so warm, friendly and very professional. I toured the apartment and really liked it. I didn’t have time to wait for assistance but I got her business card. She immediately called me right after assisting a gentleman and asked if she could answer any questions about availability or pricing. I came back and applied for an apartment. She went above and beyond to help me with the qualifying process. Peter, the Assistant Property Manager was equally amazing and professional. I’m so happy to call these apartments home. I’m grateful to an amazing staff!

I been living in Luxe for 3 years now and I can truly say I love it over here !! So clean , quiet and peaceful.. I can walk out my door and it’s so quiet!!! Maintenance men’s are awesome they love what they do .., you pay for what you get !!!

Okay so I move in a month ago. I love it! Quite, clean, and the property is well kept. However, I wanted to give it sometime to really give a real review. Annie,and Olivia are truly some great people not the real nice type when your applying then you can't contact them or you dont get issues resolved. These women are truly the same as the day you meet them, sweet and caring. Futhermore, the maintenance team is exceptional, I mean over and beyond! I have lived in a place that literally didn't care if I died from them not maintaining the apartment. I know all so well about maintenance issues. I put in a request for some minor things. Within 20 min Jason was at my door each time. If he couldn't fix it that day he communicated what his plan was and it was done the next day I never met a matiance man who was so caring. In addition the management team will email and text you as soon as you submit a request. After the request has been completed they will check to see if your satisfied with the out come and if you need any additional services. You talking about customer service! I could go on and on about how pleased I am and how professional this apartment team is. I can't forget about Peter everytime I had the pleasure to speak with him he was kind and knowledgeable about the information I need. If your looking for a nice place to live and a property that actually cares about you as a person this is a wonderful place to live!

We love being here everybody is always taking care of our needs from Annie to Olivia to their newest member Peter and all the maintenance people. They always make sure everything is well maintained from the pool to our streets down to the lawn. I definitely recommend people to come check this place out. You will love it as much as we have!!!! 😊
