I had a bad experience, I bought a gift card at this store in Citrus Park, on January 5th to give it to my son's wife, and today when he went to buy and paid with that gift card they told him that he didn't have any money, that they had already used it, I don't know what is happening, they stole that money from me, and the only person who could have access to that card number was the cashier who helped me, I'm surprised that she took a copy of the receipt and put it somewhere other than the box, I do not recommend buying gift cards in this store. Because they do not respond for that, I think where I can call is Telemundo so they can publish it or tell me what I should do

Bought some Clinique gel cream and some happy perfume but the lady behind the counter was not very friendly

It's Macys if you know how to shop you can get nice things at a good price. Only drawback is there are very few people available to help you. Those price scanners on the walls are usually not working and most don't have signs so good luck finding the right pole.

This Macys is so disgusting! Second floor ceilings are all covered with mold and water stains. The two women that worked weekday evenings in the second stairs department, have zero customer service. They have full-blown 15 minutes conversation with one customer that’s buying four towels and completely neglects the next person in line. In all my years, I have never seen a Macy’s in such horrible shape. It’s really sad, how Unhygienic and kept the mall is.

Be very careful when buying Italian gold bracelets, they turn black over time and Macys does not respond for this and you may be the best customer who will not help you solve it
