Had to find a person to purchase an expensive pair of shoes. Staffer was not happy to be at work. Mumbled with no eye contact. Twice I had to say no I wasn’t using a Macy’s card, to please remove the security sensor and repeat again what was the staffer said. WE thanked the staffer for shopping at Macy’s. Terrible customer experience.
