When I ordered my $1,200 B & W speaker stands over a month ago, it all seemed like the simple transaction it should be but alas, not so. They were supposed to be delivered to my condo in a week to ten days. I started calling when it had been two weeks and have now called 5 times - nothing too pushy, just calling every few days and the only people I can talk to at some call center assure me that "a manager will check on that order and call me back". No one ever does. For someplace that sells $100k speakers this is just unbelievable.

Magnolia surpasses regular Best Buy in their custom craft. We were introduced to Greg and Nick who came to the house, got it ideas, out them on paper and implemented everything we thought of. Their finish work was exemplary and it looks like it house was built with automation and outstanding sound. Highly recommended.

Nicholas provides some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Even with facing the worst case scenario of the tv coming out of the box with a cracked screen (tv was shipped from Tampa to Jacksonville) Nick spent hours on the phone to get me a brand new tv within 24 hours. 100% customer satisfaction is the only option when working with him. Highly recommend asking for him. You will be in very good hands.

Purchase a open box item that they are supposed to check before they resale it and I got home and item did not turn on plus item missing from the box. Went back to best buy to exchange the item and they will not match the price or discount the new item. Plus they sold me a wall mount that was not necessary, and when I mention it to the manager he blame the item not working on the transportation between bestbuy and my house. HOW CONVENIENT TO BLAME THE CUSTOMER .
