About two months after purchasing a 2017 C7 Corvette Grand Sport from this location, I had a bad vibration when I applied my brakes. I called twice to confirm they could resurface my slotted rotors, and after driving 1hr 30mins, I get there only to be told they could not resurface my rotors. Now I am left with buying new front and rear rotors and pads, and it is going to cost me $47xx.xx. Had they checked this pre-owned vehicle out completely, I would not be dealing with a heavy pulsation when applying the brakes. If you buy a pre-owned vehicle from them, I would suggest taking it to a reputable place to have it looked over completely.

Very negative experience dealing with this dealer. This is a Maserati dealer and is supposed to be a tier-1 operation with no old-school sales tactics and gimmicks. Well, it is the exact opposite. They have multiple unreasonable add-on fees and expenses and seemingly price their pre-owned cars low to attract buyers and then start the gauging process. Looking to buy a Pre-owned M156 Quattroporte, I contact the dealership which had one listed. My initial impression was positive and my sales guy (Dan) was nice and responsive. But, they dragged on readying the car and Dan never mentioned their add-on expenses despite my inquiries to make sure. The sales manager, Chris Rogers, appears to be the main character and the reason for making this such an unpleasant experience. Upon me refusing to pay their super unreasonable add-ones, easily 10% plus added on to their asking price, he left a very poor, used car salesman style message on my voice mail, which I did not even bother to return since the operation is obviously unethical and unworthy! My advice is to stay away from this place.

Good luck getting anyone in the service department at Maserati to answer the phone. Here is a typical call: 1) Call main number and the call gets taken in the order its received. Usually there are 2-7 callers ahead if you. 2) You finally get through to a main reception desk so she can get your info so someone else can call you back. 3) A receptionist in the actual service department finally calls back usually within 24-48 hours to find out what you want. Evidently, it is this persons job to email a service advisor with your request. 4) If you are lucky, the service tech will call or email you usually within a few days so they can tell you the next available appointment is several days out. I have no choice in getting the repairs done at the dealer, because nobody in town can get the necessary parts or nobody knows how to do repairs on a Maserati so I will go ahead and pay $1000 to replace the front brake pads if they ever hire enough people to answer the phone.

I trade in a vehicle at least every two years and I have been to a lot of dealerships. We knew the moment we walked in the showroom, my husband and I were taken care of. Our experience at Maserati of Tampa was the best out of all the dealerships we've been to. No pressure sale tactics and everything was professionally and effortlessly handled! Joe and his team were simply the best! As veterans, we also appreciate the extra discount we received and the support to the military families that comes from this establishment. We highly recommend Joe and Maserati of Tampa!

A++++ 5 Star Service. I saw an ad on the internet for a car I was very interested in. I called up and spoke with Joe, who happened to be the sales manager. I was treated with respect and courtesy by a true professional. I highly recommend this dealership as long as Joe is working there. Thanks Joe for a very good experience.

This is one of my best car purchasing experiences. I drove over 200 miles (from West Palm Beach) for my Maserati thanks to Joe, Dennis, and the wonderful team at Reeves. The deal was fair, accurate and quick. Much to my pleasant surprise there were NO games and they went above and beyond to accomodate all of my needs to make the right deal happen. When I went in to close everything was ready to go and very streamlined. Luxury service all the way. I would recommend Joe and the team for sure!

Horrible service experience with Maserati at Reeves. If you're in the market to buy a Maserati I would deffinetly take your business to the St. Pete Maserati dealership. I bought a 2016 ghibli and they wanted $550 for the first service when the St. Pete Maserati dealership said they would do the exact same service for $270. What a rip off!

I always have the best experience when having any service done at Maserati Tampa. Jamie Dobson is extremely knowledgeable about the Maserati brand and always seems happy to talk about the cars and answer any questions I have.
