Service experience great. 3% surcharging on credit card transactions is ridiculous, when you’re spending a couple thousand $$$. Most luxury car service departments don’t charge this fee. If Maus Acura is truly getting charged 3% by their merchant service provider they should consider renegotiating their merchant agreement with their provider.

I had excellent service at Maus Acura of North Tampa. My service advisor name was "Anthony Falco" he was so informative and advised me through every step of my service needs and any additional questions that I had which was a big help for. First and foremost the service advisor was friendly and honest about what my car needed, however my complain and is not just for the advisor but in general they don't take care of costumer's cars, they toss themselves in with zero regards to the car's seat and throw the door super hard most times, I don't mean to be OCD but those seats are expensive specially the ones like mine that have like 18 adjustment positions, if they break the seat and the costumer leaves the dealership and later finds out their seat system doesn't work then they'll blame the costumer, so please be more careful.

The service advisor, Antonio, was professional and courteous. There were a few negatives about my service appointment: Maus Acura now charges a fee for paying with credit card, which is a poor customer service policy. Also, I would prefer a person explaining additional service recommendations instead of text communication. Automated service appointment scheduling was not a good experience.

First timer at Maus Acura after buying my Integra a couple of months ago from a dealership down south. I pulled up to the service lane just to get some air in my tires and was immediately helped by Stephon. He is an enthusiastic and friendly professional and made me feel very welcome. Even took my car for a quick wash! While sitting and waiting less than 5 minutes for everything to be finished, I was also greeted by other members of staff - all which were very friendly. Will definitely be coming back!

I want to thank Brittany , Angela, Alex and Angelo for the great service we received yesterday! I usually dread buying a new car but you and all the other wonderful people at Maus made our experience pleasant and even enjoyable. Brittany was a wonderful salesperson! Alex Fajardo (salesman) was very personable, knowledgeable, and transparent with the process. He was an integral part of the deal and phenomenal in his approach!
