DO NOT ORDER AFYER 9P.M NO MOBILE, NO DRIVE THRU, NO WALK IN. THERE HAVE BEEN NUMEROUS TIMES WE TRY AND GET FOOD HERE AFTER 9P.M, AND THEY WILL JUST IGNORE YOU UNTIL YOU LEAVE. AND YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. HORRIBLE MCDONALD'S.

They all move so slow im not surprised at how long the line gets here. You can expect to wait 30+ minutes for any order and it will probably be something thats been sitting when you get it.

Wife ordered a couple happy meals. The store had the order incorrect and demanded she go back into the drive thru for a replacement order vs parking and bringing the corrected meal.

Went to this location this morning and noticed a big line in the drive thru. There were 5 customers inside complaining that they had been waiting about 10 minutes for their orders. I decided to go thru the drive thru and say there in a long line for 10 minutes more before I even made it 5 feet from the menu screen. I gave up and went to the Interbay and Dale Mabry location and made through the line under 5 minutes. Never going back to the Gandy/Manhattan location again.

This place NEVER has Smoothie or Frappes. I always ask everytime they tell me no. It's crazy you guys are open 24/7 but don't have those drinks at all.

Bottom line: today is the last time we will visit this McDonald’sFood: sandwiches and fries were good; chocolate shake tasted minty (not my favorite flavor, thus the 3)Service: ordered using the mobile app, but required to go inside to pick up the order; once inside, it feels like the drive-through has higher priority than the mobile order pick up folksAtmosphere: because of the Service, the Atmosphere is tense as many are waiting longer than anticipated

Not much of anything was going on when I got there, maybe a few cars in the drive thru. Tell me why it still took 15 min to get my food? The manager seemed like he was having a bad day and thanked me for being patient after I asked about food coming out front. Better service
