I had the worst experience at this store by the manager. I went into see if they had a power bank due to the fact that we were going to be getting a major hurricane. They did have one but it was $90. I thought this was high and wasn’t going to purchase it. He the offered it for $75 so I did get it. I was leary about how he had lowered the price so I tried to later google the price and was unable to find any information. I did lose power and found that I should have a larger capacity bank. My receipt said if I was unhappy with my device I could return it within 14 days. When trying to return it I was told that my receipt was from corporate and not them and their policy was no returns. I asked them why my receipt did not state that and where in the store was it posted. I also asked how to speak to the owner but he is out of country. Looking at my receipt I now know how he got the price because it shows I bought two. I was totally scammed.

Please, i need help .whoever is responsible for this place . the corporate need to check the staff, especially the supervisor it really concerns the owner. There are over 7 camera inside the place, i'm sure at least one of them supose to be voice recording. run the camera back at least once a month it will be so good to see and hear how your worker you hire to serve costomer behaved . The supervisor cursed at the customer. They cursing at each other in front of the customer Supervisor back there, some of them are scam, please if you don't want to waste your time , your money , your respect your character please don't waste your time. don't go there until they fix everything. Please, the owner needs to check the scamer please please please lord have mercy for the customer. We need your help. The owner, the corporate, please help

Today I went to this location and moe the manager helped me out getting my phone today he gave me a good deal on everything I got my device with insurance my case and screen protection they all were really nice team at the store, clean store he explained to me everything with the deals I don't know why people is saying he's stealing money when all he do is make you a good deal now even showing me how he can make discount for me and everything I don't get these comments saying he's taking money from people hahaha! Definitely sending all my family and friends here!

This store ripped me off by adding random additional charges when I bought a new phone and added insurance to my plan without my permission. After calling to cancel they tell me I have to pay for the days of insurance I used even though I never asked for it. This is theft

The salesman was extremely helpful and polite the store was exceptionally clean and neat. I purchased a phone and had it set up in record time I definitely will use that particular store again on Hillsborough avenue and 22nd Street at Eastgate
