I would give it a cero if I could. I've been with this company paying $50.00 every month, just for a line. I am not paying a phone. Every month I have to call because even when I pay before the deadline they disconnect the phone. Don't use this company, they have the worst customer service.

Metro PCs cannot be accounted for everything, they charge you a cover for losses or getting wet, I paid $50.00 for the theft of my phone, I pay insurance every month for my equipment, my new phone arrived, I fell and the device was hit I want to replace it and MetroPCS charges me $50.00 and they are going to Receive the broken telephone equipment, you have guts, company...

Buyer beware! Although the people were friendly and tried to be helpful, they would not resolve an issue we had. And if you *do* have an issue you may get stuck in a loop between their 1-888 help number and the store - each will say to call the other and neither would help us.In short, we paid for a month service to add a SIM card into our phone. They said it was working, we paid and then found it did *not* work. So we came back in the store a minute later. They couldn't get it to work and wouldn't refund. We called the 1-888-8METRO8 'help' number. They agreed, understood the problem but could not refund. We went back to this store with the help desk info and they still wouldn't do anything, saying that it is a policy not to refund the first month of service. But we didn't *get* any service!And didn't get people service either.

I was asked to go put on a mask as soon as I entered today. I told him I had the vaccine months ago and they asked me to prove it. I explained that the governor passed a new law and that we so not have to show proof of vaccine, otherwise I'd carry 8t around, he still refused me service and kicked me out. I'm not an anti mask person at all as I've lost several family members to covid in the last year, my brother just this past March. This idiot kid was on a power trip as he laughed at me the whole time. I will admit I lost my cool but this kid told me he was the manager basically telling me I had no recourse and refused to give me his name or the owners name. Will never go there and will social media blast this store everywhere I can. I was treated like a criminal and I actually followed the laws and rules placed by our governor Desantis. Ridiculous!!!

I travel a lot and deal with a lot of different kinds of customer service around the country, but I think the worst I have seen is Elly at this store. Her customer service skills leave a lot to be desired, maybe she was too high since she reeked of weed, she just really didn’t know what she was doing. Poor and disappointing customer service.
