Wednesday my parents who are senior citizens were promised 2 free Samsung pads by Kisso, the sales agent, but he did not disclose that Metro would also add 2 extra lines to our account. Thursday, we returned the pads and were told everything would be reversed. This was not done, so went back on Friday for the third time. This time Kisso finally removed the pads, but refused to refund us the $96.90 in service fees. I also called customer service who said this could only be handled by the store, so we were stuck with this bill. Very unfair!

This store ripped me off! Do not go here! Con artist will tell you you're getting a deal and not to tell anyone but he is only stealing your money for worthless stuff and pocketing the profits...NEVER GO HERE!

Went in to upgrade my phone.. They didn't have the Nokia I wanted.. Sold me a boxed Revvl 6, which once I got home I realized was a display model.. Took it back instead of replacing they reset it somehow... Phone continues to glitch out.. Went in to explain that 4 days after purchase my mother passed and I was unable to get back to store however would like to trade and pay the difference for another phone because I do not like the phone or it's interface as well as the glitches .. it blacks out and for some reason only sends and receives texts sometimes.. store sent me to corporate . Corporate informed me they can't handle franchise complaints.. all they can do is order another phone from manufacturer.. I explained I did not want the same phone.. I haven't had the phone 45 days and they won't fix the issues so I will elevate it until solved.

I've dealt with Metro people before some just can't seem to do anything for you even though you've done it before easy with a different person, well long story short guy working was helpful, was working by himself, was third in line he didn't rush which I don't mind because when I'm next I don't want him rushing me, good service I forget his name.

This place SUCKS ! The guy that sold me the phone originally made up his own security questions ! WTFork ! I spent $200 for an insurance phone and they can't even activate it ! SEE THIS BIZ IN COURT ! STAY AWAY ! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !
