I went to this store to buy a new phone with an existing metro line. I asked the girl to please provide me with the receipt. She told me that she will give me a receipt but it won't show the charges. That was strange! Then I went home and started receiving text messages from Metro and come to find that I was placed on a phone insurance of $5 monthly and was not even informed about it. I went back to the store immediately and told the girl about the text messages with different charges to my account and she looked confused. When I showed my online account and then she disclosed that every time you buy a new phone they automatically place a $5 monthly insurance. What the heck! I got really upset because she did not tell me, on top of that she said I needed to call Metro to have it removed because she couldn't do it at the store. I got immediately on the phone calling metro and while I was placed on hold, the girl told me "oh , it let me remove it" .The store was closing, I was tired and I did not want to escalate matter. The girl was sweet and it is not my intention to get her in trouble but I will be going back to request a break down of my charges and speak to a manager about it. I want to know what I was charged. I hope you read this review is helpful so you don't leave the store without a detailed receipt and check your account before stepping out of the store.

I visited this store to put in a SIM card, and they added a monthly service to me without offering it or asking. When I asked for it to be removed and I complained, they chased me away and threatened to call the police.

Super bad service, a guy who works in the store almost hit me. I have a problem with the sim card in my phone. I was starting to explain the problem to him when he started yelling that my phone didn't have a warranty and that he hadn't bought it there without letting me. explain to him that I was just looking for a sim he yelled at me in front of all the customers I wish they would check the store's security cameras terrible service

Today I had to come to the store due to a service payment problem that they made wrong and they couldn't make the effort to assist me because they said there was no time to do it because they close at 8, that they need at least 1 hour, I think that They could have given me a solution since they charged more money, I think there was a lack of professionalism as a seller
