Went in with a family member for her to pay for her phone. They helped us. And we left within 5 mins. They were friendly and quick in service.

Choose literally any other location, tried to shamelessly over charge me to re activate a pre paid phone. Immediately went to a nearby location within a mile and got it done for the initially expected price.

Went in today at 4 I don’t know how they fixed my phone but left at 4:04 ! There were three ladies there and they were super friendly and helpful! Way bettter than the metro pcs by my house

Terrible service, a real scam. I have been without service for five days, they steal my money. They told me that my phone was not suitable for a Metro SIM card to sell me a phone from their store, in the end they could only activate the line on my phone and they would not accept the return of the one they sold me. A certain Claudia and another young woman who work in this store are not trained in customer service at all.

Attempted to get service here today but was told I could only chose between the $55 and the $60 an rate didn't even ask why given I work selling phone service so I could understand the lady wanting to keep her retention numbers up but she seems like she could use a bit more training. A se is a sale even if you only get paid $2 for it.

The receptionist does not greet you at all no smile lifeless. Shows no interest in genuinely helping out she could care less. You would think she is there at gun point. Never going again. Taking business elsewhere.

Terrible customer service i came here thinking about switching my service over to metro and was met with a harsh employee she had a terrible attitude and told me she didn't care what I did told me "f" me and she gets paid regardless they need to change management if they allow this this is a terrible store avoid this metro at all cost!

There is a young woman who works there, she is Hispanic, she is about 4ft tall, she has a devil's genius, bad service, she doesn't know how to treat customers and not only Ami, I've heard how she talks to other people until they leave the store because of her bad character.

I was around the area conducting other businesses when I decided to enter this Metro PCS and ask for a specific phone at the time they did not have the manager very nicely decided she would call if they've had anything available come in and she did exactly that.That's what you call good customer service. Awesome experience Thank you so much.We love our phones.?

This metro by t-mobile didn't want to help me gave me an excuse and if they did help I would be without service for 24 hours nice people bad service

I came with my girlfriend, we both had different phone companies to buy a 4-line plan and they only gave us one free phone for each line. The girl who helped us told us that they only gave one free phone per line. We only get 2.
Then next week I decide to go to the corporate branch that is located on the corner of Culumbus and Dale Mabry, to take the 2 other lines to have a 4 phone plan, because those who assisted me there told me that that store or girl They did not provide me with the best service and I was deceived because for each account I brought from another company, I had the right to get 2 lines with two free phones.
Experience: This store is not reliable, I also let it be known here that the phone covers or cases that cost more than $20 in this store are $6, $9 on Amazon.

The staff was extremely polite and to the point I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes. Had to get a new phone number.
