Just spoke with “the manager†of the store which sounded like i was on the phone with dunkin donuts. Worst customer service ever no wonder its in the hood and always empty. Go somewhere else.

Called up there and the guy who answered he phone had a heavy accent and got mad bc I couldn't understand him and asked him to repeat himself, he hung up on me. He was very rude !!

URGENT***** Make sure you get a receipt! This guy told me to phone out the door was $99. When I paid he gave me headphones and said it was a GIFT. I called another store and asked how much the phone was, they said $73.13. I went back in and he gave me cash, i paid with card. When I asked for my receipt he had removed the headphones. His name is Yousuf A. If they have ever "given" you headphones as a gift go back and ask for a receipt. This a a deceptive business tactic and it's called sliding.

Went up there to buy a phone. Bought the ZTE max blade has given me nothing but problems tried to call picked up the second time and then hung up on me and then tried to call back no answer
