I came in with a back up phone ,and needed a Sim card changed.The clerk appeared to be scrolling through my phone , looking through my pictures?? ,and when I pointed out I just needed the Sim card switched over he became rude and refused to help.I left feeling very creeped out.Single women might want to think twice before coming here.

I came here because this store was closer to home. A few days ago I stopped by to asked the price on a phone where I work. They told me $200 plus tax using the same number. I came to this store on a Sunday. This gentleman was working at this location. I asked him for the same phone. He wanted to charge me more than $300. I told him how can that be when the other location was charging me $200. With an attitude he said then go to that store. It was some overweight middle eastern guy. He looked like he didn't want to be there. So I left. Metro is know for these type of people who try to scam you so they can keep some cash on the side. This person was one of them.

The associates that assisted me was very friendly and took care of the issue with my phone with no problem in a very short time and he was able to address the issue it didn't take him very long . He was very knowledgeable and took care of the issue.

the gentleman that's walking the Metro store on Nebraska avenue and broad Street is one of the best gentleman I have never met that works in a Metro store he helped me out on everything I needed his services was professional if I own a Metro store I would love to have him as a manager of my store

My experience with Moe at Metro pcs was absolutely and positively amazing his customer service was excellent and i would recommend everyone whos looking to purchase a cell phone at a great price to stop by metro pcs tpa fla north Nebraska ave and ask for Moe and for geat customer service i now give metro 5 stars.....
