Very disappointed with the service.. when walking in the store the two Spanish ladies looked at me then laughed and asked “what do you need?” I told them I wanted to pay my little brothers phone bill and they told me he needed to be there in person I told them it was urgent because I had just dropped him off for a trip he was heading to with his church and he needed his phone on so I can reach him . The lady said his phone needed to be here physically. I never had this problem before to pay his bill , he is also a minor . The lady said he needed to be here to identify himself. I called my brother from the WiFi he was using at the church and even when I called him she still refused to take my service . I went to a different metro and told them what happened and they said the same thing these ladies were giving me a hard time. I gave this employee my brothers number and he was able to turn the service back on perfectly
fine. I don’t understand the issue these two ladies had with me but it was very discriminating and unprofessional.

I had been looking for a new phone and had looked at your deals online. I am already a metro customer, so I don't have a number to port, so I decided to get a phone with a new number. I went to this store and asked which Samsung phones were in stock. He said he had the s24FE, the A35 and the A16. I wanted the s24FE. He told me it was $199 if I port a number, I said no, according to the website it is $99 if you port a number, $199 with a new number. He told me that is with a metro flex plus plan, I said yes I know, obviously that would be the plan I select. He told me I was wrong, even though he had just agreeded with me, and told me he could give me the phone for $449 and the cost of the plan, taxes and activation. I said no thank you, what about the A16 then, that one is supposed to be free with a new number. He again said with a flex plan. Again, yes obviously if I'm asking about the deal, thats what I am looking to do. He said I have to pay the tax and activation as well as the plan today so all together I would have to pay $189 today. I asked him how that even made sense. $55 for the plan, $25 activation, and lets be generous and say $30 taxes and fees on a $200 phone. Even then that's only $110. He said I would also get a free case. Well $80 bucks for a free case kinda sounded a little unreasonable to me. Do they even make $80 cases to fit $200 phones? I feel like thats just poor business sense in general. Disgusted, I left. On my way home I stopped at one of the 8 other metro stores I pass on my 5 mile journey between work and home and the very nice lady there confirmed that the s24fe was $199 with a new number and the $70 plan, but she didn't have any in stock. I thanked her and left even angrier than before. I came home and placed my order online. I did go with the a16 because to be honest at that moment I didn't want to give you guys that much of my money. Its been like 3 days and I'm only even angrier now and considering canceling my order and porting my 2 numbers elsewhere. I understand you are the name in prepaid wireless with the best coverage and deals etc, but i feel so disappointed and utterly disgusted by the way that gentleman lied to me and tried to take advantage of me. Number one or not it just doesnt feel right giving my business to a company that allows its employees to conduct business that way.

I closed my Metro account because of this store . They charged me $18.28 for a USB cable I never got when I bought the Home internet from them . When I returned the Home internet for a refund they refused to refund the $18.28 .

Rosangela and Claudia were excellent - I have been a MetroPCS customer for 2 years, and have been to many locations across the country asking small questions, always getting great help. This location, I arrived late on a Friday night, and Rosangela and Claudia jumped right in together and helped me solve a problem with a lost SIM card, and I was out and everything great in under 10 minutes! Awesome service, super friendly, super knowledgeable - I recommend going here if you want to be treated respectfully, and get any answers you need! Thank you!

Last Wednesday the 14th, I visited the place with my cousin to buy a chip, just that, but there the girl told us that the company did not work with phones that had double chip slots, something that seemed absurd to me because most modern mobile phones They come with the tray for double ships. Well, we bought a Samsung A14 mobile phone to be able to acquire the Chips that we needed so much, because it turns out that the number they sold us is associated with someone else's social networks, we have received messages and calls from strangers, really very upset by the service. THAT STORE IS THE WORST, VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

There is really no knowledge in the girls who work here, I went because of a problem on my mother's line which they told me that that line had been lost and I couldn't recover it, I went to another branch since what seemed absurd to me was what they told me. they had said and they got my line back immediately, so I didn't understand why they couldn't help me

Every time I come to this place I can't solve anything. TODAY December 31 and they tell me that there is no service on the computers and that no procedure can be done What a coincidence.. I am really very disappointed to have this company to use my cell phone
