Absolutely Outstanding Service – Ask for Erik!
I had one of the best customer service experiences ever at this Metro by T-Mobile location. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism and a genuine willingness to help. But what really stood out was Erik’s attention and dedication.
He took the time to understand my needs, walked me through every option without any pressure, and made sure I left with everything working perfectly. His knowledge, patience, and positive attitude made a huge difference — you can tell he truly cares about helping customers.
If you’re looking for fast, honest, and friendly service, this is the place to go. And if you can, ask for Erik — he’s the kind of representative that makes you want to keep coming back.

DONT come here unless you buying a phone or buying something because the Hispanic guy in there with the glasses is not gonna help you. He got me out that store quick it was rude.. heI remember metro pcs employees use to be so helpful and friendly like assisting with contacting service providers and getting information while in the store but guess not because this location is franchise or maybe it’s because I’m BLACK this is Town N Country a lot of the Hispanics have treated me so nasty and I just moved to this area.

Terrible place, bad service, prices through the roof and there are almost no phones. I recommend it 0%. There is a specific worker who is a devil, the Colombian scammer. I went there for a week or so and they wanted to charge me for a Galaxy A13 cell phone for $589.99. dollars and the phone cost $200 and something, according to her, it came with a coupon but it was a lie and you had to pay for the case, please don't go. Blessings ?

This was the most misleading transaction by far. They bost a "free" phone with activation. But they don't tell you that you must buy the most expensive plan with insurance and activation fees. I guess I got some money off somewhere. But I will never come back here again and they hardly speak English. When I had trouble trying to get some code so I could keep the same number and they offered their special discount if I got a new number what's wrong with these people. Stop the lying to make commision. When I asked for the manager she told I am the manager. Also when I asked for the transaction to be canceled she rolled her and said"sorry sir the transaction is complete" she also denied my refund for 24 hrs. Can you believe this place. I feel like taking back the $150 free phone back and just putting a stop payment on them. I like metro just don't go to this one. I wish I would have read the bad reviews before going there. Don't make the same mistake I did...I have also lodged a complaint with the metro main office
