1. Mike’s auto glass does quality work
2. I have been informed they are suing the insurance company for additional fees and compensation.
It is practices like these that drive up insurance costs for all.

Dec 24’: I cannot say enough great things about Mike’s! I had an automatic window issue that 3 different body shops and even 1 dealership said I needed either, new hinges or the frame on my convertible needed straightening. I took it to Mike’s and their amazing technician (Eric) thoughtfully assessed the situation and came up with an approach. He immediately determined that the hinges were fine as was the frame. What he did find, was the window assembly had extremely loose bolts that held the window assembly in place as well as a rubber trim issue that he heated and reshaped. The problem was completely fixed and even better than new!!! All this done for a fraction of the cost the others wanted for things I never needed. Great Job Mike’s and especially to Eric for his patience and expertise - I highly highly recommend Mike’s as they are Honest and great at what they do! Thanks Mike’s!!!

Mike was the technician. He did a great job, left everything clean, explained the procedure to me and set proper expectations. The whole process and everyone I talked with throughout was exceptional. I drove past probably 10 other auto glass places to get to Mike’s based on the reviews here and on local Porsche forums and I am glad that I did. They also handled all the insurance stuff smoothly and I didn’t need to do anything. A++!

I recently had the front glass changed in my Ford Ranger by Mike's Auto Glass due to damages from hurricane Milton. Eric came out and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He definitely knew everything about what he was doing and the specifics per vehicle. His work was clean, performed correctly, and quickly. I am pleased with the work and highly recommend Mike's Auto Glass and Eric specifically.

Angel, Mike and his team were fantastic. We were those people that had an appointment, two work meetings ran late and they still let us come in super late. Right there they deserve a 5 star review for dealing with us. My mini cooper sun roof was stuck open and they were able to get it closed within 15 minutes. I highly recommend them! Thank you again for your help.

Mike's on Armenia surpassed my needs. Everyone, literally everyone in the shop is friendly, and they went beyond what I expected to fully inspect, fix and deliver my car back to me with a safe windshield and other issues. Any one in Tampa should go there if they have a problem with their windshield.

Wasn’t able to get a quote for a windshield replacement without providing my last name and my phone number which I’m sure they had from the caller ID.
Update to 1 star review: Probably won’t do business with Mike’s Auto Glass but I thank and respect the owners response so updating the rating. Thanks

Restored my faith in customer service! I cannot say enough great things about all the people at Mike’s Auto Glass. My windshield was on a national backorder, my car has a manufacturer installed snorkel and the team handled all with ease. I was informed on our first call that there may be an extra change for the snorkel (remove/reinstall) yet the only surprise was they were able to get most of the additional cost covered via insurance! Speaking of insurance, they contacted my insurance company and arranged for the work order. Arranging a time to have the windshield installed was convenient, the waiting area worked great for me as they have a single room with a door off the main waiting room area for work calls, etc. and it was very clean. Did not take any picture… it is a windshield. They even put the new wipers on that I had bought!!!

There were initially a couple of communication issues, but both Angel and Justin worked to rectify the problems that I had, which I appreciate. The glass installation quality was never an issue, which I also appreciate.

The customer service was outstanding and very friendly. The whole appointment took less than 20 minutes!
Mike was very thorough with his explanations and makes sure that you are well informed with what is being done to examine your vehicle.
Will absolutely be going back if anything else should arise.

Very, very frustrated. Had windshield replaced here in 2022, no issues. Now, TWO YEARS LATER, they have sued my auto insurance company seeking close to double what they were initially paid. It's no longer legal for them to go after the insurance company this way, but it was for services done in 2022 and they are trying to get this in under the deadline for filing suit. Of course this drives up all of our rates and is a despicable practice. If you don't want to do the work for what the insurance company is willing to pay, don't do it. I would never go here again. *EDIT to respond to the response... Yes, this is definitely the correct location.
