Don't go here for a Covid test. You'll be hit with a surprise bill for over $150, with insurance. You can get free ones from the Post Office

Don't go here for walk-ins/minute clinic (because the don't take walk-ins! ? ). Arrived 30 minutes before the closing that's posted at 730pm and refused to see me, despite having ZERO patients in the lobby. The girl representing the clinic was inside talking to a coworker for a good ten minutes before she even came out to acknowledge me. Super rude and condescending. Should not be dealing the public or needs better training. AVOID.

SCAM! went for a covid test, they asked me to roll my sleeve up for blood pressure and checked my ears, lungs, and throat without asking. they then charged for a test and a medium level visit. nice scam guys.

Deceptive vaccination pricing. They advertise they are 40% off. The vaccine is $41 but then they add on a ridiculous $34 administration fee. The paperwork has a few questions about your ethnicity & if you've been exposed to covid. The CVS pharmacy just 20 feet away will vaccinate you for $50. Don't waste your money go to the pharmacy.

Went today and had a great experience with NP Sliman. Quick, nice and informative. Greatly appreciate being able to get in and out, with meds and back home in no time. Thank you.

It was incredibly easy to book an appointment online, checking was a breeze and they took my insurance. I was able to see a nurse practitioner within minutes of arriving and left in under 30 mins w a prescription. ?? ? recommend!

They do not actually have walk in appointments for the minute clinic. Their website said you can try and see but don’t bother they sent me away as soon as I got there. If there are no appointments there you can go across the street to the south tampa immediate care.

Best place to get a quick diagnosis and prescription for normal everyday illnesses and infection. Highly recommended based on my experience

Literally went to the minute clinic to have a form completed for my employer and SAM did nothing to help. Instead I was met with a dismissive and condescending tone when I asked her questions regarding the nurse that helped me in my prior visit since SAM wanted to charge me a fee to fill out the form.

Never sent my prescription over. Impossible to contact. They just keep adding “notes” for the nurse practitioner. No call back or anything. Wish I could leave 0 stars.

Absolutely the worst automated phone system I've ever experienced. I will no longer be shopping at CVS.I'm seeking help scheduling an online appointment DURING CVS business hours for the local minute clinic and was put in touch with one human who didn't know what her store offered or how to transfer my call to the minute clinic facility. Nor did she offer to provide the number for the clinic which is within the CVS store she is working in. She was zero help and told me to Google it.Then I called again to the minute clinic number and was cycled through their automated system repeatedly despite asking multiple times to speak with a human, representative, operator, assistant, doctor, etc.

Shittiest experience i've ever had at a cvs minute clinic. The practitioners practically acted like I wasn't in the room and even cut me off to talk over me at times when I was trying to explain my symptoms. Took the urine test, they didn't even discuss the results with me. One women simply listed off "negative, positive, negative" to the women imputing it into her computer. Even when I asked the women what my results were she gave me the most basic and unhelpful response. Still don't know what my diagnosis was, and now must change antibiotics. If you want a practitioner who will actually listen to you and try their best to make the correct diagnosis, don't go here(:
