So I just wanted to write this in case others are not aware that they are doing this but my husband did an oil change at this location and he was charged for an unauthorized tip. If you go here please ensure you are looking at the receipt incase they charge you for a tip you did not authorize. I’m all for tips but ones that I approve of and am aware they are wanting a tip.

Basel is honest and does good work. I just had a really bad experience at the dealership- I had to go there for a recall issue- and the whole experience made me realize that I needed to give a shout out to Basel.

For the type of facility, it is too expensive. Can't tell what's on rusty drums ? Mobil 1 or crappie oil.

Walked into a clean gas station with Motown music playing. A delightful guy that greeted me behind counter was the cherry on top. This made my day. Keep this type of atmosphere especially in the morning when folks are beginning to start their hectic day!! This quick but pleasant experience made me smile and uplifted my spirit .
