Mojo Books & Records is an independent bookstore, record store, and coffee shop in the Tampa Bay area. The business has a great selection of vinyl, books, CDs, and other media, with new items every week. It is considered probably the best record store in Tampa. The coffee and tea bar serves good coffee, including signature drinks like the lavender dream latte, though the food and pastry items are limited. The atmosphere is generally calm and fantastic for work or study, though some find the music too loud. The staff is friendly. It is a busy place that comes highly recommended.
I was so happy to find a place in Tampa that I was able to buy, sell and trade books, movies and music. What I don't like is the price of their vinyls are a little too high for my liking. They are higher than most regular stores that sell records (Walmart, Barnes and Noble). All in all it has great vibes.
