It was my first time at Monaco Salon, and safe to say I WILL BE BACK! Love love love my hair. I chose to go with a level 6 stylist, along with her assistant, because I was going from blonde back to my natural hair. Klodjana and Miranda were so professional and lovely! Made me feel so comfortable throughout the process and confident in my new hair. Highly recommend this salon, along with Klodjana and Miranda as stylists!

Katie is so sweet - she made my appointment such a pleasure the entire time. Listened to what I wanted and perfectly executed my blonde highlights. The head massage was amazing and A+ on the haircut too. All around, as a first time client, it was a great experience. Highly recommend!!

Very Disappointed – Worst Experience
This was my first and last visit to this salon, and I’m extremely disappointed. I blame no one but the person who initially took my appointment. I clearly mentioned over the phone that I have virgin hair and that this was my first time making any changes. Despite that, I was scheduled with a stylist who lacked experience and clearly wasn’t confident in what she was doing.
It took over 5 hours to do a chocolate brown balayage, and I walked out looking like I had just washed my hair—there was no visible change. The color was uneven and barely noticeable. Worse, my hair felt like wood—almost burned from the bleach.
Thankfully, Billy stepped in during my second appointment. He was kind, professional, and confident in his work. He did his best to fix the damage caused by the first stylist. Unfortunately, within just two weeks, the color turned brassy and orange.
On the third appointment, Billy toned down the brassiness, but now my hair is so dark that it looks like I never had anything done.
I’m very disappointed with how my first hair-coloring experience turned out, especially after trusting the salon with such a big change. The lack of proper scheduling and judgment from the beginning completely ruined it.
