This store needs more staff and better management because there is always a very long line to checkout and the aisles are messy and poorly stocked and the store layout is confusing and hard to navigate. It's poorly lit and the energy of the employees is low. The parking lot is difficult to maneuver in also. Overall it is an unpleasant experience to shop there and always disappointing.

Just Unacceptable From The Store Associates To The Manager, walked around asking questions and no one had answers to. Instead of finding the solution they'll have you go ask another, Another and Another. Customer Service Side is shitty too

Management is unable to manage the use of "self checkout " only using 5 of more than 20 machines. And closing more as the lines grow larger . It's not brain surgery .

Walmart just canceled my delivery order because the driver turned down the delivery. What kind of crap is that. What am I supposed to do for food. The next delivery is not until Monday. How do they run a delivery service and don't deliver the orders. This is ridiculous. I am now stuck. Walmart will not get another dime from me. I will spread this wherever I can. Walmart does not care about anything except making their money. They had no problem taking my money out of my account.

I live two blocks from this Walmart. Every time I have gone there (4 times since it's grand opening) I have left my cart while waiting in line. The wort shopping experience I've ever had. No one who works there is ever around to help, the last time I was there, no lettuce or tomatoes. Worst produce dept. One of the 4 times I was there, I experienced 4 brawls within the store. I would rather drive several miles the other direction to Target or shop at Publix for my groceries, even though it's more expensive.

Been coming to this store for years and I think I've had only one person be nice to me in all that time. One other time I had a clerk smile at me. Other than that, every encounter has been hostile, tight lipped, dismissive, or uncaring. At closing time, there are multiple, often mean, announcements to exit the store. The restock people pull buggies all out into the main aisles, creating a labyrinth for you to navigate, and they do not move or clear the path for you--or even look up at you--when you try to get by, even when you ask. All the checkout lanes will often be closed--sometimes even before 11, and if you go into the one where a clerk might be finishing up, you get spoken to out of hand and told to go elsewhere as if that's an option. There are so many stations that have different payment restrictions that you will get directed all around the store trying to check out...until eventually you have to demand that someone take you because you've been given the run around. Employees group up and voice inappropriate gripes about management and the company right in front of you. Management will be cussing and yelling for people to leave just five minutes after closing time. In business, bad treatment and behavior always trickles from the top down, and that is MORE than apparent at this store. I work late and often have no choice but to come just before closing, but I'm a loyal customer, sometimes spending as much as $1000/month, and I don't deserve the treatment that I nearly always, without exception, experience at this Walmart. I just pray that a competitor will one day arrive to save me from this hell.

This is the worst Walmart that I have ever visited in my life! Not only are the workers not interested they downright don't care about customer service whatsoever! It's ghetto it's dirty it's nasty! When I went to complain about a cashier they just looked at me like I had three heads! I don't care what you need don't go to the store it is rubbish!

I have been going to this Walmart for years and for me it's the best Walmart I have been to when I was little I remember them building the Walmart and they have really good service find anything you want employees are nice but all the security is good for nothing so easy to rob seen it myself but if not for that 9/10

If you wanna have some excitement in the ghetto come here. Nasty dirty bathroom smelling like bounce dat azz; you can do a line of coke right off they booty. Nobody would blink an eyelash. Pickup delivery is a joke. You order low sugar oatmeal they wanna give you berries and cream full loaded sugar. You need milk low fat nah you getting full vitamin D milk that make your intestines explode respectively. Then comes the meats oh you want chicken thighs? Nope you getting wings cus kaneisha said so.

The culture that is most predominant at this location belongs in a zoo, not in the isles of commerce. They are rude, and if they ever complain about racism they should first point the finger at their own pathetic excuse for a culture. I can't wait until the trash is pushed out of the area

Ordered items for pick up on Thursday. The app told me it would be ready before noon on Friday. (I knew that the store was closing at 2pm for covid cleaning until Saturday morning. Items were never ready Friday. I tried to call. No one picked up even though it was before 2pm. I tried again thinking it was busy. Someone picked the phone up and left it unhooked on the desk. I could hear them working on something in the background. Tried to call back but of course I couldn't get through. The app then stated hours later that it was delayed. Fast forward to Sunday, the day I can actually pick it up. App still says delayed. Called again after two calls I finally got through to costumer service. The lady cut me off, was rude, did not validate my frustration, and transferred me to shut me up. I then talked to Moleek in the back in pick up who was very nice and calming. She made a call and made sure my order was still in the system and hopefully it will be ready today. I don't think I will be coming back to this location after this. They just so happen to be the only one that is carrying this item.

Literally drove 30 minutes to get my pickup order that I had already paid for and they had emailed saying was ready for me... just to get there and the nice men at the front tell me the store is "closed for cleaning".... At 4pm on a Friday? What in the world. I called the pickup department... no answer. I called the store customer service, who forwarded me to the electronics department (why? Who knows) who forwarded me to the pickup department... was on hold for 10 minutes and then got hung up on. Honestly such a huge waste of my time. This location's service is garbage. If the store is going to be closed, communicate it on the apps and website. And definitely don't let people place same-day pickup orders for a closed store. You all don't know what people have going on.

You're employees are rude. Probably because they are over worked and underpaid. As much money as our community gives you daily why won't you hire more cashiers?! Groups of managers standing in isles talking, and only two cashiers working to check out massive lines... Hire more cashiers or have your managers earn their checks.
