Service is terrible. Check cashing machine is always down. Associates don't speak or understand English at all at a business in America.

Parked next to outdoor entrance and walked up and wasn't allowed in that entrance, no sign just someone inside saying no. Among all the problems this location has just proves how horrible it is.

I have been trying for 45 minutes to reach a live person in store #1960 in Tampa. NO ONE in the store answers but the pharmacy! I called corporate and all they did was send an email to the store. Are you kidding? So you send an email and I have to keep calling for how long until someone reads your email and answers the phone? Store 4681, Also in Tampa, FL just as bad! Walmart corporate does NOT care about customer service and satisfaction so why would their stores???? I'll pay the extra 3 cents (which is what Walmart uses so they can say they have cheaper prices) and go back to TARGET where they ALWAYS answer the phone and take care of their customers!

Love that I can hop into here before work in the morning since located very close. I'd recommend coming early morning to this location as this gets VERY crowded and the location is not very good to get in and out of on Dale Mabry. Just a very busy area and they're doing some construction which makes it worse. Given the location, however the store is maintained and kept pretty clean and organized. Like that they have grocery available as well. Self checkout is also typically the only thing opened in the morning. Staff greets you when you walk in which is also nice. I had a hard time originally locating the toy section as it's actually located out in the garden area, FYI. :)

Once again it's on!! *** I want to start with this disclaimer i am a fan of Walmart when it comes to easy access and affordable prices. I will never be on the band wagon of those who hate Walmart and always jas something negative to say about the company as a whole. I will choose Walmart over any other brand for many reason that i will not mention in this review*** Now I've been to this Walmart on four occasions and three out of the four has been the exact same experience. Terribly managed Crowded only around checking out. Store always being actively stocked up with pallets all in the isle with customers and associates trying to do their thing. Which can be looked at as a positive thing but not if you're shopping and can't get down certain isles because of pallets and people lol. Nevertheless if i had to go to this location again it would probably be once this store opens and nobody else is here because that may be the only time you can go in and out.

This was the worst Walmart I have ever Been to my dad Was in line and the employe apparently Was too lazy to type a paper of the things we bought and she was able to scan the other peoples item

Horrible customer service. I was in the self checkout but a few of the items would not scan. The employee in charge of the area would not stay and help me. All she did was complain about her job and customers in front of me. Management doesn't care or do a thing to correct the situation. I am now at Sprouts down the street. I would rather pay more and get decent customer service. Stay away from this Walmart.

This is the worst WalMart in Carrollwood! Not only are you getting checked out by a non English speaking person but on your way out they have to check your receipt as well . Very disorganized hostile environment.... I would stay awAy all all cost

Now, I've had some challenging times at Wal-Marts across the country. Some are better than others. But this has to be the worst experience that I've had at a Wal-Mart! I was in the electronic section buying a few things and I had a question about the return policy. The cashier didn't know and it seemed like she didn't know how to call a manager over the phone. So she stopped several of her co-workers who happened to be passing by and asked for them to find a manager. Needless to say, not one of them ever came back. I was waiting in line for over 25 minutes! If I only had a few things, I would have just left. While I was in line, I decided to call the store to see if I can speak with a manager to answer my simple question, but I was on hold for so long, the phone hung up. A manager finally comes over. His name was Matthew. I told him that I was in line for over 25 minutes and his staff could not locate any managers. His response was "I never heard them call me." There was no apology. There was just a sense of indifference. I won't say that I'll never come back to this Walmart but I sure as h*** won't have a f****** question!

Please fix your air conditioners... half of your store is so hot that even your employees are sweating while working... that's not ok MR. big corporate.... also, it REEKS of pesticide or some kind of chemical in the store near the make up and toys... why is this even happening? There needs to be some kind of morale boost meeting too with your employees, they clearly HATE their jobs and their customers. I've also seen an employee standing in makeup PAINTING HER NAILS WITH POLISH THAT IS FOR SALE! WTF is that? Is security not watching your cameras? They need to watch your employees.

Smaller than normal Wal-Mart Superstore but they have outstanding customer service. Can be lengthy checkout after normal hours, but still enjoy this location. Grocery section a little smaller than normal but selection is awesome.

Visited your store @ 8220 n Dale Mabry Tampa Florida. When's there to purchase a vacuum cleaner Tried to get a cart to carry it. Pulled on three but all had bad wheels is decided I would carry it. Checked out at register that was three away from the front door. Walked out with vacuum On my shoulder and a bag in my hand. Was stoped leaving and asked for my receipt. Had to put down the vacuum to get the receipt from my pocket to prove I purchased it at a register ten feet away. This will be the last time I will shop ANY walmart.

No one to help answer a simple question! Where is all the good help when you need someone. Been on hold for an approx 30 mins, Transferred me 4 times to Customer service, they picked up but put phone down and now for the last 15 mins I hear Spanish speakers in the background. And still no help....Another person picked up and now i'm on hold again. HORRIBLE who's running things over there?
