First and last time buying anything here. I attempted to buy lotto tickets.. 5 days in advance; same number . They couldn’t scan the code and didn’t bother to ask questions and gave me 5 quick picks all same day. $27 wasted . All that time spent my gas timed out so I had to get back on line …it’s been a long day !

Usually when I’m driving by and see the extremely low prices I stop by to get gas. never really compared the price at the pump to the price on the sign until today. When I asked about, lady at counter told me “the price of the pump is the correct price. And we are trying to fix the price on the sign.” Not once when I paid cash for the gas did she mention that the price on the sign is incorrect. When I asked about a refund on the difference in the pricing. She laughed and said the price on the pump is the correct price.

Their walk up window/booth credit card reader has been out of service for over a week so its been cash only! Signs up everywhere. No problem using credit cards at pumps. So if you need cigs, snacks, lottery tix etc your won't get rewards, discounts and need to use cash only!!!

Stopped in on mother's Day to get gas and cigarettes waited for 15 minutes for the attendant to open her window and everyone in line were told we would have to wait another 15 minutes while got organized. Not only was she extremely unprofessional she was rude as hell and flicked off the guy in front of me and told him he could go someplace else if he didn't like it just for saying he didn't have all day and he had been there for over 15 minutes. He left when she said this as did I and she clicked is off again and told us to leave .. The last needs to get a new job one that isn't so demanding of her , didn't realize it was so hard to ring up gas and sodas. Find a new job one that doesn't require her to deal with people no reason for her rude comments and obseen gestures!!!!!! Murphy's should get rid of her . 5/12/2024 @11.30 am

Slowest pumps in Hillsborough County.
Price was good and no wait, but only put in $15 where I would have normally filled it.

Pumps are suuuuuper slow. A bunch of slow moving screens. The Cashiers are always slow & talk waaaaay too much to random people, even though there is a long line of customers. DO NOT come to this gas station if you need to be somepleace on time. You WILL regret it.

I pulled in for a quick car wash, the attendant began brushing my car by hand, broke my side view mirror - then tried to tell me it was already like that. I did NOT pull into your car wash with my mirror hanging off the side.Unbelievable business practices. Save yourself the money and skip this place.

There are literally only two employees that have brain cells to smack together to actually run the store the gentleman that works in the evenings is a complete and total imbecile and will rip you off in a heartbeat and doesn't care because there are no consequences the manager does not give a single damn about the customers this has been an ongoing issue for a while and nothing has been done any positive review is a paid review no one I have ever spoken to has had anything positive to say about this location

I have to give a shout-out to Kelley she treats everyone so well and has a ton of patience. You sometimes don’t realize how much running across a positive attitude can change your day. Plus prices are great!

What should have been in and out to get fuel, was not! The worker there was more worried about getting stuff set up then to take care of the customers as well as being on his phone. I also purchased lottery tickets. I understand people have to do their job but to ask for an ID is crazy especially when I am 53. I completely understand if it was alcohol.
