Owners Peter and Linh do it all themselves. By far the absolute best A+ massage, cupping, and gua sha experiences. The customized facials are top notch and an amazing deal for what you get. My partner gets her nails, facials, waxing, and micro-channeling by Lihn. In order to get an appointment, call them directly. I love this place so much that my family and business partner also receive services here and have become regulars at this family business.

Linh may be the hardest worker I have ever given my business to. She is incredibly attentive and kind to all customers and does a fantastic job every time with every service offered. The shop appears to be a 1-2 person show, tucked in the tiny corner of a small, older plaza. I've stopped by twice, not as a walk-in, but to try to schedule an appt. One would have thought I was there to rob the place. It appeared they only reason they loud-voiced at all through the thick glass door (without the professional courtesy of cracking the door open to communicate), was because there was a potential female patron standing on the other side, naturally waiting to ask a question. The bizarre stand-offish approach from the operators behind the door was puzzling at best. The man and woman have both behaved the same way, each at 2 different times. They are reluctant to interact and I have, today, been told do not take on new clients. The sign on the door clearly states that walk-ins are not permitted and customers are seek by appt only. Clearly communicated and fair enough. Perhaps "No New Client" and "Do Not Approach" signs would be in order. That would communicate the terms of this establishment's business. Otherwise, it's like stepping into an episode of Black Mirror. Service: No Professional etiquette: No Communication: No Value: N/A Nail Elegance gets a one-star.

Linh and her employees are incredibly attentive and kind to all customers and they do a fantastic job every time - whether it be manicures, pedicures, eyebrow wax, or other. Linh is also extremely flexible when it comes to fitting customers in, which is very convenient. Definitely recommend!

Most wonderful mani/pedi experience I’ve ever had! The ladies were so sweet and caring, and the quality of service was the best I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I will definitely be returning! Highly recommend!!!!

I came to get a gel manicure on my lunch break, and they were able to squeeze me in. They did a great job and got me in and out in 45 mins. It was great! The salon feels exclusive, very nice ladies, fair pricing, and convenient.

Lihn is wonderful. I don't get my nails done but maybe once a year, because I'm a massage therapist. but she is excellent for waxing, and Peter her husband does massage. helps restore me with massage. He is VERY strong, and can really get into the congested areas. I'm just going in today to relax before a surgery, but I know I can count on him helping me!
